Panama Papers

In recent news there was leak of discoveries of these so called documents called the Panama documents. The Panama documents were 11.5 million confidential documents that were leaked to the public showing companies, CEOs, and public leaders or any one important's wealth and the fact that these types of people were able to receive a tax haven which is reduced tax or not even being tax at all and this had going on for decades only recently we have become publicly aware of this. Now some might ask "how does this relate to education?" This idea relates to education because if we let the wealthy control every aspect of life where do the other social classes have a say in this class they don't. With an education we as a society can learn and create solutions and disrupt the corruption taking place creating a society where one social classes doesn't have more authority than another social class.

Personally to me everyone has the right to have a basic understanding of education but tragedies going around the world are being struck with war, politics and money ,education is something that isn't a civil rights to everyone and thus sets humans backwards in the way we think. Education gives a sense of independence and gives everyone the chance to think for themselves rather than just going along the crowd just because of sheer numbers and with education we as a society can only move forward from our past mistakes. We as mankind need to start emphasizing the importance of education to our children so when the time comes children in our future can express their desire and willpower to achieve true peace and we as mankind can start heading forward rather than our past dragging us down. #Peace

Technology Growth

Recently I have seen the amount of technology there has been created with prosthetic arms for example, robots doing manual functions, and many other things but people are not aware of this huge accomplishment but are instead focused on unimportant subjects such as gossip, likes on pictures, or any updates, or hate comments. The problem with that is that human beings involved in these act might lack education which they did not allow themselves to think further beyond on creativity or innovating ideas and are focused on other things that. To resolve this problem we need to start educating human beings in order resolve multiple problems currently in society and and stop focusing on the unnecessary things and give time to learn something that is currently going on in the world such as chemical engineers have been able to develop a machine currently in the testing phase that can produce prescripted medication we need to start raising awareness for more ideas like these instead of social media updates and we start by learning more in depth with education.

Annotated Bibliography: Part 2

continuing in on our project for the annotated bibliography a source that is credible that i found on ub library database is an online article called “ THE PHARMACEUTICAL ETHICS OF STUNNING DRUG-PRICE INCREASES.” Basically the problem this article is discussing is that Pharmaceutical industries are going on about and increasing their drugs pricing to a point where its hard for a consumer to buy that drug if needed even with health insurance and we learn the business ethics behind why these big companies increase their drugs prices.Basically what we learn is that some Pharmaceutical Industries use the money from their profits to use as a investment for their next project which is creating a new drug to sell into the market. This issue of pharmaceutical companies always raising their drugs prices was always around but recent came up as a trend when a Pharmaceutical company within a day raised their products price from 13.50 to 750 dollars.

Annotated Bibliography journal part 1

Currently for English 201 we are more than half way through the semester and now are proceeding to work on our Annotated Bibliography.For this project we had to do research on our topic of choice to discuss about but we had to get our sources from any library database and prove we were there. During this weekend I was at the Lockwood library on the fifth floor one of the quieter floors all day focusing on other subjects I'm taking this semesters but when I got to English I focused on choosing my sources which was going on Ub's website to search different articles and books I could use for my paper.Overall I'm still in the research phase and looking for good sources to use but I'm close to finding which sources to use and not use to present a well throughout paper on my discussion of "pharmaceutical drugs increasing" recently and what the scheme is behind all of this.

What's your opinion on this?

Pharmaceutical Drug Increase

In the autumn of 2015 Martin Shkreli CEO of a pharmaceutical drug company was arrested but what a lot of people misunderstood was that Shkreli was not arrested for the increase of a drugs price but for security fraud.This type of information can be due to lack of education because if you don't research or take the time to go in depth into topic such as Shkreli you will come out with wrong answers and this type of behavior is developing in the generation who knows how to use technology at its best. But what a lot people don't know that recently that the Pharmaceutical industry is increasing their drugs prices by more than a thousand percent and are taking advantage of this because there is no regulation on pricing in the United States.If people used education by researching we as consumers can stop buying name brand drugs and thus be more informed on why these drug companies are increasing there pricing and put a stop this. #EducationIsLimitless

Using Education to Fix Politics

Recently there has a surplus of videos going viral on the Internet showing Donald Trump and how his behavior in this recent election is similar to fascism which some might not know is a form of extreme nationalism that was created by Benito Mussolini in Italy during World War II . Donald Trump has lucidly expressed his desire to blame certain ethnic groups for the down fall of the United States of America such as banning Muslims people who practice the religion Islam from the United States. Now i have two points i want to make the first being is how can banning certain types of human beings based upon a religion they practice fix a countries problem let alone even figure out if that human being is faithful to that religion unless you assume things such as a women wearing a hijab creating racism, stereotypes, violence, and even embarking extreme nationalism. Now my second point is that people need to have develop a education sense in them self in order to realize that this is what Adolf Hitler also did as well blaming human beings who practiced a certain religion for the downfall of Germany and we all know how that ended with the extermination of 10 million Jews.Human beings need to use education to make the correlation with whats wrong with the world today and need to realize we can not make the same mistake we did in the past and in this upcoming election you need to think carefully of who you choose to vote because once elected that Person represents our country and can either have a huge impact positively or negatively.

Distraction Towards Educations

Contributing to global networking around the world ,technology has progressed throughout the world but currently in our generation cell phones, social media, and other forms of electronics are a main contributor towards humans not being focused on tasks and can potentially regress humans thinking capability. We are always multitasking but forget to sometimes keep up with whats going in the world such as recently i watched a YouTube video showing a women randomly going up to civilians walking on the street and asking them “Do you know what is going in Flint Michigan” and I was stunned to hear they actually had no idea what is going in even though this type of news was nationally aired instead of overseas. To me this goes to show that if all we just do is look at a bright screen must of our days and just squander our time we will contribute to nothing and will fall and lack behind in our education but we can change this by changing our habits. With an education if we allow ourselves to ponder on ideas and understand how to break this chain of deleterious habits we as a society can potentially change any type of situations and be more aware and focused in whats going on in the world and progress to a brighter world.

Racial Antics

Even though we live in society where it is full of mixed people from various countries and cultures we as humans still comment with racial remarks and judge a person usually by the way they look and not by their character. People gain this sense of an idea to criticize certain ethnic groups based on false pretenses such as republican presidential election candidate Donald Trump who specifically stated “ We need a total and complete ban on all Muslims trying to eat the United States.” Trump said this due to recent bombing attacks and the Syrian refugees escaping to other countries but this goes to show the lack of education one has by falsely accusing people and attacking them based on their culture and religion assuming they are a threat and also showing the irony of how someone can ban someone based on their religion which you have no way of identifying unless you judge a person by their physical characteristics. This type of atmosphere creates a world where we assume certain things about people without actually ever understanding them and their ideals. If we had a better education system we as humans would understand more about problems happening in the world and learn not to group people into a certain category and be able to create a world where people don’t harm each other with vicious words and fully understand each other.
