Like many people I had a lot of feelings™ after seeing the Barbie movie, and having just finished my 1st zine, it seemed like making a second edition would be a perfect place to share said thoughts. Also, I like the F&F films and decided to make a very stupid joke about them.

July 2023 - My First NJB Zine

This summer I decided to try making a zine for the first time, something that I could send to friends, thus Nice Jewish Boi Monthly was born. The thought behind the name was that, with my transition, I am becoming more and more the nice Jewish boy I was always told to aspire to find as a partner. The monthly being a goal to keep making them on a somewhat regular basis. Making this sparked so much joy for me, and gave me an outlet to be creative that I've been without for too long.

While I make these solely for friends, the few times others have read them have elicited positive responses, so it felt like it would be nice to document some of pages and process with whoever might care.
