self concept been so high

i didnt even "work" on it like i normally would, it just felt natural and easy to switch up my energy. i noticed a lot of it has to do with not saying no to myself or my inner child's desires, started doing more things that scare me, and also started to go for things even though they're risky or i had doubts and worries about "failing".

well no failure didn't happen it was the opposite, i succeeded in everything. my comfort zone is expanding so quickly and i'm willing to do anything and get everything that the girl inside me wants, simply because it's my duty to make myself happy and go for things especially if they're scary.

so try doing things that make you happy or the things you really want to do, even if it's scary. do it for the person inside of you, you might find it easier to think highly of yourself and feel good about you.
