What are your Strengths and Weaknesses?
To be successful in starting-up, maintaining and expanding a business to it's greatest degree it's crucial to understand the "roots" which stem from the base of being a Entrepreneur. One who doesn't understand or accept there weaknesses shall never grow and one who isn't humble with there "gift" of various strengths shall fall down.
EXAMPLE: Imagine an NBA player who understands how to dunk a basket, rebound, pass but can't shoot a free-throw. What do you think will happen against certain teams? They will deliberately foul to make the player "earn" his 2-points. The moral being they have to understand and practice there weaknesses to improve and become a better player. Similar ways athletes apply there attention to improve so do entrepreneurs, generally solving a problem with strategy.
I found myself often in a leadership position since I was a child whether it'd be school, workplace, sport team etc. I believe because I'm very social and have a strong ability to find ways to relate to people, keeping everyone engaged and making everyone feel "wanted". No matter the environment I've always understood everyone offers a purpose and like a business it's just where they can apply it for the common goal. People management is personally one of the most important skills as a successful entrepreneur.
My biggest weakness would have to be patience. It could be for research, results, improvement or something I want to improve in which is people (co-workers, teammates, students etc.) Gradually mediation can always help.
