Here are some shots from my recent trip to NYC. Amazing coffee, food, and great friends in one big city.

Today I stopped by Spyhouse in Minneapolis. I love the decor in this shop. It reminds me a lot of Portland actually. They are rocking Verve, Ritual, and Coava. Awesome lineup and very cool cafe.

These are some of my favorite photos from SCAA 2012 in Portland OR. Thank you to all of the Portland natives who made us feel at home, and thank you to all of the incredible SCAA staff that made this weekend's events such a huge success.

Emily and Scott were nice enough to have me out at AIR Coffee yesterday in Sydney. This cafe has a really warm and inviting feel, and the staff seem to be a tight group working together, creating some really tasty coffee and excellent food. The food becomes even more impressive when you see the limited tools they have behind bar to make it. Excellent coffee, plus a perfect lunch salad, yes please!

Today I spent some time hanging out with my friends at Coffee Alchemy. Hazel is a serious roaster, and the coffee coming out of this shop was pretty remarkable. Clare and Hazel might also be quite possibly the two sweetest people in Australia. I had a lot of fun going through the Seed to Cup course here.

Stopped at Reuben Hills today, a newer cafe in Sydney. This shop has some incredible character, and even bigger balls to roast upstairs. They use a crane to get everything up there. Really cool feel here.
