Amelia had only just arrived to the party, but already somewhere in the crowd she had lost sight of Baron, leaving her to her own devices until she found him again later on. That meant she’d work her way up to a nice buzz in the meantime, making her way to the kitchen to fetch herself a drink as she mingled with the others in the party. From the corner of her eye, she saw a certain someone coming into the kitchen and her smile widened - perfect, just the person she needed to give her the ego boost he’d surely provide if any of their previous conversations were any indication. “Hey, you,” Amelia greeted Noah, taking a small sip of her drink. “For some reason, I didn’t expect to see you here. You don’t strike me as the party-type, but color me pleasantly surprised,” she said with a tilt of her head, a sweet smile to her lips. “And what’s the costume tonight?”

he was surrounded by people and yet, noah needed another drink before he rolled his eyes too hard at how ridiculous a bunch of people could act. sure, he liked to people watch but there was a limit to how much he even enjoyed seeing before it got too much. entering the kitchen, he was immediately greeted by amelia and he pasted on his most charming smile. “well, don’t you look as gorgeous as always,” he greeted in return, eyes travelling over her. “well, i am part of this frat, so i had to make an appearance at some point.” noah looked down at himself, shirtless and adorned in gold. “ a god.”
