OOC: The Sheep Detectives plays fast and loose with the concept of sheep breeds in the story, bc that (largely pure-bred) flock should mostly be comprised of mutts if George was letting them breed as they pleased, but I headcanon that the winter lamb is a jacob's sheep.

This is the same breed Othello (Sebastian's book equivalent) is, often presents with white and speckled fleeces (like the winter lamb), and imo, would be nice callback to the books if they ever did a sequel. Also, lmao, jacob's sheep look metal af.
