Erythrocytes are known as red blood cells and the rest are different type of white blood cells. Each have different functions and jobs in our body :)
Erythrocytes: (red blood cells) is a transport medium that transports nutrients, oxygen, carbon dioxide, waste, and etc
Neutrophil: are phagocytic cells (eating pathogens) that makes up 85% of the white blood cell population
Eosinophil: are white blood cells that destroys parasites
Basophils: releases histamine
Lymphocytes: B cells and T cells
Monocytes: can also transformed as macrophages based on location. They are also phagocytic cells and found in lymph organs (ex: spleen).
This is a chart on action potential, when sodium and potassium gates are open and close, and what happens when action potential is stimulating and produce
