So imma jus put it out there, obviously that final was straight bullshit and ill never be satisfied or happy with it for MANY reasons im sure you understand already

I dont wanna act like the first 4 seasons didnt exist, and didnt have GOOD writing. In my opinion, the reason why we feel so much for these characters and storylines were BECAUSE of the writing and directing. It makes no damn sense for any of it to be unintentional wtf. EVERYTHING felt purposeful.
But the story got so big and packed to the point where 5 seasons could NEVER make any of this make sense. They needed 2 seasons AT LEAST
So this was them trying to address everything with the time they had, which obv didnt go well
This isnt in defense of the duffers, just tryna make sense of wtf i saw💔

Mike and Will older, not so long after the event of the show and they're an established relationship. Dont know where this wld happen, but they share a room and their bathroom has a bath tub–the bath tub is the key to everything...
So boom, Will is still struggling with the cold and how it makes him feel connected to the mind flayer, so Mike proposes they warm up in the tub together with Will sitting in his lap so Mike can hold him from behind. A lot of emotional intimacy, similer to the mizisua bathtub scene but less depressing and wayyy more comforting. Banter, teasing, touch, caressing, neck kisses are vital, kisses in general, praise, gimma twenty of em right now. Can turn into LIGHT smut but mostly just hurt/comfort. Smth warm that eases the tenseness of your body and sinks into your bones, like a nice warm bath.😛

No spoilers here, or atleast I'll try not to😭 this is more of a rant than anything, I jus love Will Byers sm hes my favorite character in stranger things, my SON deadass.
And like i jus love that despite all d shit he endured over d seasons, all d hate he has for himself he's still so kindhearted, considerate and forgiving, despite it all he still has so much love and care he wants to give even though he's scared of it.
His heart is his strength and that's so admirable.
Rarely do i ever give this much of a freak over fictional characters but he's so REAL to me. I see sm of myself in him sometimes it hurts.

That flashback scene with Robin's monologue of being scared, and having the answers within yourself, to be fearless and love yourself for who you are as a whole, to be FREE. Everytime i see that scene, I immediately start sobbing. Every. Damn. Time. It hurts so damn much but its so cathartic to watch.
I get it, and i dont know why. I relate to Will so much that sometimes I feel like I AM him, like that's ME, and I dont know why.
I want to be free, too. So badly.
I've never felt like I was normal, or that I belonged anywhere, or that I'd be loved the way I am, but I don't know the way I am. I feel like i have to put myself in a box to be understood, but none of them fit the criteria, but I think i do have something. Sometimes I wish I was a boy.
Did not mean to make this a vent, but idk who else to talk to abt this who cares abt this show as deeply as I do😭
Back to stranger things though, with all this in mind I hope Will does get his happy ending with the one he loves, who'd love HIM the way he is. Because if he can, that wld give me hope that someone would love me the way I am, in whichever why I am.
