This workout map is a beginner friendly guide to helping you put an end to the excuses like "I don't have enough time," "I don't know what to do," and/or "I'm lazy and already out of shape so why bother doing anything," This is not medically, ethically, or officially researched or endorsed as a proper fitness routine. This is just what I personally do so that I can say "I did something,". If this is also your goal and you enjoy and use this template "program" I slapped together (built on my knowledge cultivated in my 9 PE teacher ED credits and what I find fun/works for me)please donate what you can ($1-$5) to my personal Venmo (Erika-Rodriguez-62). I am currently enrolled in CU Denver's MA Teaching (Elementary K-6) and Pueblo CC Library Tech AAS program. I work as a guest teacher and looking to apply for fall internships but if I can earn some passive income by using the Canva membership I pay for and this thing that I took the time to make for myself (I am not a Canva creator, or a creator in general so I don't know how stuff like this works) then that would make my next few semesters of needing to be minimally employed a little less stressful. And with a lot of student debt to pay off already I can't really afford to be just a sub/para for much longer. None of the creators of the videos know that their video is on this page. Shoutout to them and the help they have given me, but I am not affiliated with, nor do I get any benefit from sharing links to (not promoting) their videos/channels or practices/routines. I don't design Canva templates I just pay to utilize them. I modified previous calendar templates on Canva that I appreciate their sharing and creativity, but I am not promoting or affiliated with the creator.
