how i think the short-lived process of wada's demise went on

1. going back to their old disordered habits since they had no one to keep up with him

2. constant nightmares about tsuno, isono, and okazaki, restless nights

3. getting a few gigs every now and then, but losing all the energy to his hunger

4. can't afford to eat anything actually nutritional, passes days without eating and their anemia worsens

5. constant disorientation, i like to think they imitate their deceased friend's voices as a way to cope, so they start to confuse their imitations with their actual presence

6. reached the point where they cannot ingest anything properly, due to refeeding syndrome

7. after a month, he starts to develop scurvy due to a vitamin c deficiency

8. their neighbors start to worry, and they start to check for his welfare every few hours, they manage to respond in a fragile and raspy tone

9. bedridden. can't properly move due to muscle atrophy and his body isn't producing collagen anymore so his skin is constantly bleeding

10. a week passes, and hes on the verge of death. i also like to imagine the last thing he saw before eventually succumbing was tsuno

so his landlord is the one who found his body
