Will bring the potential for #DamagingWinds, Dangerous #StormSurge, #HeavyRainfall and #IsolatedTornadoes to Central/Eastern North Carolina. Power-Outages, Flooding, Downed Trees/Powerlines can be expected throughout the night as Isaias moves through. Recently, a buoy located in the southwest eye-wall of Isaias reported a sustained wind of 67 mph with a gust to 78 mph.
