If the library still survived till this day, society may have been more advanced and we would sure know more about the ancient world.

Severus things

When his wife and child died, he took his son's bulla out of sadness

He starts dating Drusus, but never sought to marry him, because he still loved his wife Aita deeply

He did have an affair before dating Drusus, and that resulted in a child he didn't meet until a few years later, and wouldn't have a deep relationship with, since Severus dies a year after taking his son in, who is named Hilarius.

Drusus and Hilarius take in an orphan named Laelia. Severus very much views her as his own child.

After Severus dies, Drusus dies a year later from heartbreak, leaving Laelia to care for Hilarius.
