Juliet bounced on her toes nervously waiting for the boy’s answer. Normally she wouldn’t have been the one to ask, she was a little more traditional when it came to relationships and tended to wait for the boy to ask first, but everything seemed to be pushing her in this direction, even Will, and she wanted to finally feel settled about it. A massive grin spread onto her face when he finally answered and she stopped, throwing her arms around the boys neck and kissing him happily. 

Grinning against Juliet’s lips, Nolan wound his arms around her waist, lifting her slightly off the ground as he kissed her. “Today is a good day,” He hummed as he set her back down, letting his finger tips trail over her back before dropping his hand back to his side.

Juliet let out a little sigh, as if from relief at his response. Her smile only grew as she took another little breath, getting ready for the question she was about to ask. “So I was wondering if maybe you wanted to, like, be my boyfriend? I mean, officially? Since we’ve been doing this thing for a while but we haven’t really talked about what we are but I think what we have here is good.” She hadn’t meant to keep talking but her nerves just kept the words spilling out.

Nolan smiled at her question, feeling a little embarrassed that she was the one to ask first, but pushing those feelings to the side. “Hmm...” He pretended to think. “Do I want to date you officially?” He dragged it as long as he could before nodding. “What we have is really good. Of course I do.”

“Hopefully that talk went good?” Nolan questioned, knowing it most likely did as Juliet was a perfect student. Raising his eyebrow at the comment, he looked down at the girl. “And what was this thought of yours?”

“Oh, yeah, I just had a question, nothing big,” she assured him with a little shrug, brushing off the topic easily. “I like you a lot,” she told him sweetly, smiling up at him.

Nolan felt his own smile grow at Juliet's words. "Oh yeah?" He asked, unlinking their arms so he could wind his around her waist as they walked. "I like you a lot too," he promised.

Nolan smiled when he heard his name, instantly recognizing the voice. “Hey,” he hummed, kissing Juliet’s cheek as she linked their arms. “I was just heading back to my dorm to take a nap,” he admitted. “You?”

Juliet couldn’t help the grin that spread across her lips at the kiss he placed on her cheek, and she let out a little breath, before turning her head to look at him. “Just coming in from talking to Professor Longbottom about a Herbology assignment,” she explained happily. “So I had a thought,” she attempted to segue, not sure how exactly to bring up the subject she wanted to talk about.

Juliet spotted Nolan headed out of the Great Hall just as she was heading in from the grounds. “Edwards!” she called out to him as she half jogged to catch up to him in the entrance hall, linking arms with him as she got close enough to him. “Whatcha up to?”

Nolan smiled when he heard his name, instantly recognizing the voice. "Hey," he hummed, kissing Juliet's cheek as she linked their arms. "I was just heading back to my dorm to take a nap," he admitted. "You?"

CJ pouted a little big at Nolan “Awe Nolan.” She crossed her arms “Dontcha think that’s a bit harsh? I’ve been getting into a lot less trouble lately” 

Nolan rolled his eyes at the pout. “Breaking school rules, showing no remorse, and disrespecting the head boy... I would say it’s harsh at all.”
