So it is a common misconception on the interweb that Jason doesn’t have a sense of humor.
Personally, I think his humor goes unnoticed by a lot of readers because it is relatively strange and uncommon (a side affect of possessing the INTP personality type).
Also, a lot of his humor is not necessarily spoken. A lot of the humor lies in the context of the situation or in his narration.
Nevertheless, it is present and you just need to pay attention.
For example, he is very sarcastic…
He also uses a lot of situational irony in his humor…
He is a smart-ass at times…
He is funny when he recognizes tactless or inappropriate topics…
Some of his quotes are hilarious out of context…
His humorous outlook on life is a bit dark sometimes…

Tell my muse when your muse has been the most scared of them.
I think the scene where Percy controls the water in Akhyls’s body is more powerful than initially thought. Not only does Percy reveal a darker side to him, it proves the gods’ fear of the Big Three having children isn’t misguided. They are dangerous if they survive long enough.
Could you imagine the same thing happening for the other Big Three children? Nico could snap his fingers and cause your lungs to collapse. Thalia could turn cities to ash.
Teamed up, the children of the Big Three could destroy the gods.
one of the greatest things that happened in the 3rd book of PJO was that you get this scene right, the scene where the villain (Luke) is weakened and one of the heroes (Thalia) has him cornered, and this is when the villain is like “ha… you will never do it…. you dont have the.. guts!!” and you think, oh man she’s gonna give up, and he’s going to kill her. But then,, THEN.. Thalia is basically like “lol… bye Luke” and fucking kicks him in the chest and he falls off a cliff………… honestly…. iconic
Reminder to youngins on the Internet, specifically Tumblr, you are not required to list all your mental illnesses and personal information in a bulleted list, you don’t owe anybody shit.
