“I’ve been slumbering for far to long. My children need me, and the world calls for a cleansing.”
“This world may be messed up okay its more than messed up. It needs help but a cleansing seems far too extreme. Others have tried cleansings and they did not work. They only resulted in mass genocides. ” Cleansing is not the answer, having faith that things will get better is. “
“My poor, lost child.” He muttered shaking his head in dissaproval. “How misguided youa re, you have no idea of the world that awaits you , things will never improve as long as the weak remain in power.”
“My people were killed in a war. My people suffered persecution over the millennia in the inquisition. What damn world awaits me? Some of the people in power are screwed up I admit that much. But trying to form some utopia is impossible.”
“Oh, my poor deluded child. You have not seen what my power has wrote upon history? For the text books are easily re-written but the truth? That is eternal. I did rule, my utopia was a reality, the pyramids of Egypt, all of it was under my command. I brought so much to the worms of Humans, the wheel, fire, it all came from me. You seem to underestimate what I have accomplished. Death is inevitable in a paradigm shift such as this, but in the end it is the result that you strive towards, and trust me, I can achieve it.”
“Yet such inventions like the wheel were inspired by a higher power. Do I even look like your child? My father doesn’t exactly know I exist. ” Anger wasn’t the way to resolve or ponder on situations. “Ancient Egypt also has a lot of mysticism in it with their rituals they performed. Their own kings thought themselves to be Ra in human form. ” Of course she’d spent more time in books than most people her age who preferred going to concerts. What exactly are you? You’re definitely not human from your appearance.“
"I am what this world calls a mutant. But back then I was know as Ra, or Krishna. You see before my betrayal I was the god that ruled those lands. Until I was betrayed and the Humans took it upon themselves to mimic my rule. "
Recruitment @nomorefalsegods
@nomorefalsegods Logan had just settled down to relax a bit for the rest of the evening, when a strange feeling made the hair on his neck stand up. Someone was in his place, that he tenderly called his ‘nest’ most of the times. It was an old warehouse, that he had claimed, but was sure no one would miss. Carefully, he set down the soda can he had been carrying and closed his eyes. His body was tensed up to an almost maximum degree. No one should find him here. No one knew where he was. No one should have come here. Steps, breathing; he could hear everything. It didn’t seem that the intruder was hesitant to come closer to him, so they were probably armed…or perhaps another mutant? A powerful one by all means if they just happened to step into his place like that. Slowly he let the trademark claws unseathe from inbetween his knuckles, making no noise but a soft, metallic brushing sound. Wolverine took a deep breath, trying to get a whiff of the strangers scent, so e could maybe recognize it but he couldn’t smell anything…anything familiar at least. Now there was only the sound of the water dripping from the broken pipes on the walls. The steps were goneand that made Logan look up and turn around. Confusion and surprise took a little of his temper away, but didnt let the claws go back in. “The hell are you?” he asked when he saw the strange looking person on the opposite of him, with a little tilt of his head.
Hey grinned, this one had senses far more attuned than the rest of the insects on this world. “Who am I indeed” He answered back, his voice slithering like a snake. “I go by many names, my child but know that I have returned to claim what is mine.” He looked at the claws protruding from the man’s knuckles. “Interesting indeed, these claws, I assume the metal on them is no natural occurrence.”
This one was augmented, was someone playing God while he was sleeping? He would need to get all the answers he could from this smelly monkey man.
His weirdly posh way of talking only confused Logan more but also let his frustration level rise more. “I am not going to ask again and I don’t give two fucks how many names you’ve had. Who are you and what are you doing here?” He was sure, that he had told no one where he was, not to mention, that he had never seen this guy, or anyone like him ever before. And he’d been around for quite some time. His hands shook slightly from the tension he had in all of his body, his knuckles already turning white from blood lack. His position was defensive but he obviously had no problem to go into offense from zero to hundret in less than a second. “Leave.” he growled lowly and spat on the ground besides him, to get rid of the cigarette taste from before. Logan was so ready to fight him, whoever he was. Little did he know, that he, who had intruded his new home, was no opponent to be taken lightly. He had no idea who he was messing with.
This one had an anger to him, something that he could use. “My poor child” he said eyeing him closely “you have such an anger to you and you’ve only begun to tap into it’s true potential.” The insult given to him he passed to the side, if things were back to the way they were this Logan would have been executed on sight. Apocalypse did not wish to fight, not yet, but if this Logan pushed him he would smite him, he could already feeling his anger rising, his eyes turning a milky white as he inched closer.
“No, you shall answer my question, the substance on your claws where did you get them? I am in no mood for childish games, not today, if you wish to fight me so be it but I will smite you like the gnat you are compaired to my splendor!”
Logan gritted his teeth audibly loud and growled in frustration. He tried not to let the anger take him over, so he pulled the claws back in, standing straight, but still tensed up to the max. “From space, ya punk.” he answered and flexed his fingers. Relax,Wolverine. He told himself in his head and a deep breath along with the flexing actually did some of the trick. “Potential doesn’t lie in anger…but it sure helps a lot.” he added and turned his back to the other. “I don’t have time for this shit. Take what you want and leave…can’t seem to make ya go without it.” he grunted and began to take the bag he had been carrying in to take food he had collected out of it and put it on a table.
“Than please” he said calmly, “allow me to take what is mine then.” Grabbing the Mutant by the wrist he quickly turned him around, with such force unimaginable by Human or Mutant standards . “Allow me to awaken the dormant power within, what would take several lifetimes for you to achieve I can show you in but an instant.”
Placing his hand upon Logan like a father would to a child, the mutant reached deep within the recesses of Logans body, finding his mutation and awakening it to new and unfathomable hights. “yes, fell the power that lies within, the anger, the rage, give into it and see how powerful you truly are.”

You seem to underestimate what I have accomplished. Death is inevitable in a paradigm shift such as this, but in the end it is the result that you strive towards, and trust me, I can achieve it.”
He nodded smiling down upon Ky'lar. He knew that this display of power had enforced his bold statements. “You need not worry, the Humans and their armies are nothing to me. They will argue and point fingers but in the end they known that are as weak as an ant compared to my power.”
The masses of the world MIGHT not have meant anything to him, but Ky’lar knew eventually someone would try to stop this. Not that it mattered, he doubted anyone would last long, but for now, he was assured to the other’s words that ANYONE who tried to come after Apocalypse was indeed nothing.
Power, that was what Apocalypse had, and while the statements were enforced, he knew this was where he needed to be —– it was part of the reason he wanted to see the rumors were true, “They are… resourceful to say the very least, but you’re right. They are nothing.”
For the first time in ages, the god-king Apocalypse laughed. “Many things in this world are resourceful, a colony of ants for instance.” He slowly placed his hand upon Ky’lar’s cheek, “You need not be worried of the forces of Humans that will come after my wake, they can do nothing but burn. However you are more than what the naked eye can precieve, so tell me what can you do?”
He needed to see if Ky’lar was worthy, only the strong and worthy could survive what was coming, and if Apocalypse was going to add to his ranks h e needed only the best of the best, the strongest specimens that the modern world could offer.
How are you still alive en sabah nur I think is your actual name right?
Yes, that is my name. But I have a more pressing question for you, since you seem to be so eager to question my might. For if I recal you proved your worthlessness when you failed to stop a simple jet.As for my ressurection, this world seems more than content to not question the rivival of other religious figures.
“Everything they’ve built shall fall!”
“No, everything I’ve built shall stand, and you will fall!”
“Such a withered, and frail Human you are. Do not tempt me elder.”
Palpatine snickered at the creature’s words. Weak? Frail? Such things were irrelevant with the force on your side. “I’ve stood against more powerful beings than you.” He noted, grasping his throat with a telekinetic grip and pressing tightly around it.
It had seemed that he underestimated the old man. Telekinesis, so he was a Mutant. Feeling the pressure slowly grip upon his neck the Mutant smirked, his eyes slowly turning a milky white. “There is strength in you elder, you have faced the trials of the universe and remained unscathed.” Using his own Telekinesis at his disposal Apocalypse slowly fought back releasing the hold the man had upon him. “Yes, just strength is indeed needed in this world, for only the strong have a right to continue their existence.”
“The dark side provides me all the strength I need my friend, and I sense there may be something hypocritical about you referring to me as an elder.” Palpatine noted, smirking at the large blue man as he released his grip, “I also sense we may be of similar mentalities. I am called Darth Sidious, and you are?”
“The Dark side?” This was something that the Mutant had never heard before, even in all the centuries of his long life it seemed that he could still he surprised. He decided to humor this Sideous. “My name is En Sabah Nur, God of men!” He exclaimed, with all the pompous grandeur of a ruler.
“On this world perhaps.” Palpatine remarked, rolling his eyes at the man, “I hail from beyond this primitive rock pile, the humans of my world are so advanced we’ve colonized other worlds and met other species. We’ve built weapons that of not metal-” He said as he slipped a small metallic cylinder into his palm, “But pure energy.” The old man explained, as he ignited the lightsaber, a beam of blood colored plasma pouring out into the air.
He was amazed, and rarely was he surprised. “Interesting” He said running his hand across the blade of energy, which singed and burned his hand. “No need for swords or the primitive weapons of the past.” He looked upon his hand as it quickly healed, as if the wounds were never there.
“Tell me, if you originated from another galaxy, how is it you came to be here?”
Palpatine pursed his lips at the question before forcing himself to maintain his smirk, “Let’s just say I underestimated how much a father can love his son and leave it at that.” The old man answered in a terse tone of voice.
Slowly turning his gace back towards teh strange elderly man Apocalypes nodded. “My children are all lost, in my sluber they have become blinded by false leaders, they no longer can recal when they were once gods amongst men. It saddens me truly to know that all of my hard work has fallen to nothing.
“Ahh” He muttered, clearly amused with this girl’s explanation. “You have been gifted, and yet you fear that what you are.” He shook his head, how could someone gifted with the powers of a God be so afraid of what they could accomplish?
“You seek guidance, and clarity in these tiring times. This is something no one on this earth can give you, but I on the other hand have brought others like yourself towards God hood.”
“What are you saying?” asked Vivienne, pushing her hair back over her shoulder. He was absolutely right; she needed to know what she was, how to control what she had, and to keep it under control. The way he spoke, although a little delusional (He wasn’t really a god, was he?), it was all she had at that moment.
“Show me”
He slowly nodded, he would show his subject his might and splendor. “You ask to witness the power of a god? So be it, I shall grant your request.” Slowly turning around Apocalypes’s eyes turned a milky white, channeling the energy within him he began to shake the very earth they were on. Closing his eyes and letting out a primal yell a blast of energy escaped his body shooting outwards, destroying the building they were in, as well as the entire city, leaving only the two of them intact.
“Is this what you wanted to see?” He asked turning around to stair at the girl, his eyes turning back to their mornal hue.

“I’ve been slumbering for far to long. My children need me, and the world calls for a cleansing.”
“And what does a cleansing involve?” Lorna crossed her arms, cautious of this powerful mutant. She had heard the stories about him, but she hasn’t believed them.
“Quite simple” He muttered, looking directly at the woman standing before him. “The removal of the weak, and the cultivation of the strong.”
Lorna uncrossed her arms, realizing that while it made her feel more secure it left her vulnerable. “And the strong are…us?” She had heard something like this, a long time ago. “There are to few of us for this to work…you know that right?”
He slowly nodded his head, it seemed that there was yet another one of this children that would need some educating. “We are the worthy, too lead this world back into the age of enlightenment that once spread across all the corners of the earth. Our numbers are small, but with my power increasing yours, you shall accomplish wonders.”
“I’ve been slumbering for far to long. My children need me, and the world calls for a cleansing.”

“Yes, there shall be deaths”, he muttered “however those who die deserve their fate. They prove only that they way weak, and hold not further use in the world.” He grinned as she asked about his kingdom, it had seemed that he had sparked her interest in their encounter. “Before you and everything person on this rock was a thought in the minds of their parents I ruled. The world was a very different place, those of us who were gifted and strong were worshipped like gods. Anyone who attempted to speak out were silenced. But I was betrayed, forced to slumber while the weak and insane took this world and turned it into the barren pile of waste you see before you.”

Wanda raised her eyebrows as he told her that those who would perish were weak and deserved their fate. “I’m not a thought in the mind of my father now.” She retorted. After all, her father didn’t know she existed. Wanda listened to his description of his Kingdom. “Sounds a lot like an oppressive mutant dictatorship to me. And something I would have read about in history. Sorry to tell you that the world is very different for mutants now, people like me don’t show people our powers, last time I did, they tried to lock me away. Guess you’re saying it would have been different had you not been…betrayed.” She chose her words carefully.
"Yes, our rightful place was leading those around us towards enlightenment, however those who are weak always try to stab at you in the dark." He nodded recounting what had happened to him, and the world he created. "If it was not for me, most of the things you all take for granted would be lost. Even the great pyramids I constructed have been stolen from me. My name not even muttered, the weak have changed my world and I look to bring it back to order." He looked out upon the world around them " you all fight amongst yourselves, killing with no purpose. This world is dying because of the blind leaders who have taken power. Wouldn't you want a world where your power was at its highest? Where you no longer need to be afraid? Where you father can wallow in his failures?"
“I’ve been slumbering for far to long. My children need me, and the world calls for a cleansing.”
“I’ll be honest, and say, that sounds kind of bad.”
“Everything that has a beginning has an end. Even this farce of a world these Humans have made for themselves.”
“You know blue skin and strange powers or not, you mutants are still technically human. Like you’re still descended from us, and you’re not the only ones with powers. And if your society was so great, why did people try to have you killed?”
“Ah yes, still human. I have ascended beyond even what you would call a mutant. The cattle of this world and I are nothing a like, only the strongest have the right to rule the world. And yes, I may have been betrayed by the weak fools I called subjects, but their attempt at destroying me were futile.”
“I’m pretty sure a DNA test would say you’ve have more in common with us ‘cattle’ than you’d care to admit mister.” Bruce smirked, “And I’m pretty sure my ‘other guy’ would disagree about who’s the strongest in the room.” The doctor challenged, his eyes flickering to an unnatural green color.
“Ah yes, the beast who would fashion himself a man”. He extended his arms, seemingly enjoying the hidden power within the human. “I have underestimate you!” He said, sensing the power within Bruce. Apocalypse seemed to be in pure ecstasy. “Yes, show me you power! Arise and show the splendor of your might!”
“Unlike you Apocalypse, I try to avoid grand standing displays of power unless I really need to, so I think I’ll decline on showing you any ‘splendor.’” Bruce replied, smirking at the other being.
"You fear your power, it controls you." He said sorrow tinting his voice. "You can accomplish much, yet you have yet to find the tools to do so." Slowly reaching towards the doctor he said "I can help you accomplish wonders."

Vision eyed the individual before him warily, trying to get a proper assessment of his purpose here. Never before had he seen a man appear as he did. It seemed correct to assume he’d never met anyone like this be- fore. The synthezoid remained floating a few inches in the air as he finally spoke.
“ Your gaze has not left the spot on my forehead upon which the MIND GEM rests. Is it of INTEREST to you? “
Apocalypse was amazed, since he had awoken to the world he had been searching for the large influx of energy that was on the world. A Power unlike anything he had sensed in his long life, and here it was. "The Mind gem?" He said asked, his eyes slowly moving towards the strange man's eyes, was he a human or a mutant? He hadn't a clue. "It is rare for me to come into contact with something I know nothing about. So tell me, you are no human, and certainty not a mutant.....so what do you claim to be?"
“I am not sure if it is bravery or stupidity that has brought you into my presence today.”
“If I recall correctly, you’re the one who kidnapped me and forced himself into my mind, so you tell me why the hell I’m here,” snapped Charles, glaring blue daggers up at the supposed god.
"The telepath" He muttered, trying his best to hide his anger at this latest failure. "Such a disappointment you were, you're body and mind could have been put to such better practices than they are now."
Extending his arms outward, the ancient one smirked. “Well then, has your mortal mind been satisfied?” He asked curiously, this one said he was attracted to power, he could use such a faithful disciple. Turning his gaze over towards the rest of the city he was hiding in, Apocalypse grinned, opening his palm.
“The faithful shall be rewarded, look down upon my power and tremble in despair!” He yelled, his eyes turning a milky white. His opened hand seemed to be attracting the very earth towards it. Grinning, Apocalypse called upon the earth at his feet, the buildings and walls slowly began to dissolve from the Mutants power, all slithering towards him like snaked. People stood out in terror as their homes were sucked out of existence. When Apocalypse had gathered enough stone and rock around him he then condensed it into ball of stone and earth. Rising it up above their heads the gigantic stone suddenly burst into flame, turning into a gigantic pile of magma. Spreading the lava out to cover the entire sky of the city he let it slowly falls down on the city, a blanket of lava to burn and destroy all in its wake.
‘Come my child, it will not harm you, I won’t allow it" He said emotionless eyes staring at the man as an entire city burned to the ground.
He knew the rumors, but that wasn’t anything compared to what was happening around him. Mutants, specifically higher-level one’s were able to many things with their powers —- these gifts were what he looked into since his little… accident that lead to him becoming who he was.
To say that he was impressed was one way to put it, but he was also down-right terrified. If the other could something as earth shattering as have the very earth at his beck and call? He was dangerous, far more than many other’s he had encountered, and that was more than than enough to put himself on edge.
If he was to be specific, it was more of a fear for himself than anything else, and the words from Apocalypse were not very comforting in his mind to say the very least. Yes, it might not harm himself specifically, but it could the moment the other decided to get rid of him.
However, it was a risk that he had to take as he slowly made his way towards the other as a slight frown started to form across his features; what if there were Mutants there? Thousands more than likely dead due to this show of power and Ky’lar still didn’t know what to think about it.
“I know.” Ky’lar managed to get out as calmly as he could possible get out as he decided to ignore the loss of life —– it was the only way he could live with himself on most days. If the blue Mutant wanted to do this, there would be no stopping him, and in his own mind, it was either with him or against him.
He nodded smiling down upon Ky'lar. He knew that this display of power had enforced his bold statements. "You need not worry, the Humans and their armies are nothing to me. They will argue and point fingers but in the end they known that are as weak as an ant compared to my power."
