People were expressing their concerns about the direction this season was going since episode one, and yall were calling them insufferable, not “real” fans, and spamming “let the story seduce you.” And look at yall now. Made it to the finale and you’re in no way as seduced by said story as you wanted everyone else to be.

I get that this is a reimagining and that it’s not supposed to be a play by play of the books, but whatever went on in the writers room for this season shouldn’t have happened and again, that was apparent by the very first episode of the season. At least for me.

The only genuinely enjoyable things that came out of this season for me were Devil’s minion, Marius and those who must be kept, and Lestat’s band mates.
