Josie had went on a family trip, and she couldn't wait to get home. And she was more than happy knowing Sawyer was going to be picking her up. "I'm on the escalators, it took forever to get my bag," josie laughed into the phone. her eyes scanned over the crowd and the minute she spotted the blonde, she squealed and waved. "Look up!" Hanging up the phone, she climbed down the escalators and then ran for Sawyer. "I missed you," she said as her arms wrapped around the other woman.

a gasp escaped her parted lips as she felt her arm being tugged, pulling her away from the man she had been talking to. "Rye?" she questioned as she put her back against the wall. "What the hell are you doing? I was talking to jo," her words were cut off by his question, her head tilting to the side as she looked up at the blonde. "No. I don't belong to anyone." A playful smirk curled along her features.

Gabriel had never been much for routines, but lately, his life had become one. And by the time he finally got home from doing his offseason training at the facility, the thought of cooking felt about as possible as getting a full night's sleep. That was how the takeout thing started. Same place, same order, same delivery driver who somehow managed to make those late nights feel a little less empty. They talked most nights (about the day, about nothing at all), and it had become a quiet constant in his life, one of the few things that didn't feel like football twenty-four-seven. So, when the knock at his door came tonight, Gabe was already halfway to the door, sleeves rolled up, hair still damp from the shower. He expected their usual grin, the light teasing, the familiar warmth that came with their quick exchanges. But the moment he opened the door, he knew something was off. They looked smaller somehow, weighed down by something invisible, but heavy all the same. No smile and no spark, just a tiredness that didn't belong on their face. He frowned, reaching out to grab the bag of food they were handing to him. "Hey you. You okay?"

With the wedding right around the corner, Beau knew he needed some more money. Picking up a side job on his slow days at the tattoo shop, he started doing some deliveries for local restaurants in the area. He wasn't fond of it, most of the 'clients' were unfriendly and wouldn't talk to him. But there was one person that Beau was always happy to accept his delivery, Gabriel. He was such a down to earth guy, sometimes it felt like Beau could talk to him for hours. But tonight was different. Beau didn't want the hours on end talks. He was hoping for a quick transaction. His relationship had ended a day earlier, and he was not up to par or did he want to sit and discuss the sadness he was feeling from his girlfriend leaving him. He looked up as the door creaked open, "Hey, Gabriel." Beau's voice was dry, his face emotionless as he held the bag up. This was his fifth and final spot for the night, and Gabriel was the first one to notice something was off. "I.. uh." He paused, his hand letting go of the bag, arms crossing over his chest. "No, I'm not. But it's nothing, Gabriel."
