So Lilia's coven is herself, Agatha, Rio, Billy, Jen, and Alice. Knowing this, it doesn't necessarily make sense that Rio wouldn't have been included on the list that Lilia hands Agatha.

It's also incredibly feasible that Lilia wouldn't have known the name "Rio" in addition to not knowing Billy's name, because she's literally death and is not someone that's name would be known.

Knowing this, let's look at the list again...

The word "Rental" is perfectly aligned with the rest of the names... what if Rio really is the black heart and Billy is actually the word "rental" as a way of referencing that his soul is in someone else's body...
