Cling film love.
Soooo.. I don't have a lot of money as I have no job at the moment - el skinto. But that doesn't mean I can't enjoy spa treatments! A simple body wrap using cling film, exfoliator and moisturiser/oil is all I need to wake up with a slimmer waist. Frank Body scrub is my absolute favourite scrub in the whole world. It smells gorgeous and is amazing at smoothing skin and fading stretch marks and cellulite - which is always good! By exfoliating all over my body with Frank in the shower, my skin feels amazingly soft and smells delicious.
After exfoliating I use moisturiser, preferably one that's based on Vitamin E or cocoa butter as it always leaves my skin softest.
Then finally I wrap my waist in cling film! Not too tight so that I stop my circulation (could be awks, death by cling film.. ), but tight enough that it stays on. Sometimes I wrap cling film round my thighs too, individually, and you can also do it round the arms to try eliminate those bingo wings! Usually do this routine straight before I go to bed as it works its magic while you sleep. (Lazybug)

Stumbled across this on Cosmopolitan facebook page and instantly fell in love. So cute and quirky! Always a T-bird fan <3
Nora Batty
Nora Batty isn't something I'd particularly want to be associated with, however it was a nickname my mumma used to give me when I was younger and had horrendous fashion sense not caring what I looked like. But now, things are a little different.
