“ remember our first meetin ‘ ? knocked you straight out. ah , those were good times. A N D the only time i can actually remember you bein ‘ quiet. “ she was joking , of course – – or was she ?? at this point , she was speaking the truth and lying at the same time. back in their fight against cocoon , things were livelier , and admittedly , fang did enjoy some of the battles that she and snow got to fight together. but she didn’t e x a c t l y like being pitted against him at the time. ah , whatever. formalities didn’t matter to her. they were friendly now and that was good enough for her.
“Oh yeah, Fang. I remember. Y’know, you could’ve been a little more gentle. No one wants damaged goods.”
Truth be told, that problem was the one time he had remained quiet in the presence of others. Snow couldn’t help that he was such a talkative person and not to mention he loved to push buttons. In a way, he was relieved that he and Fang had managed to end up friendly terms. Lucky for them, neither was one to hold much of a grudge. Snow was an easy-going person and he understood that she did what she had to. After all of that he got the same feeling from Fang that he did from the members of NORA.
“If I didn’t think you could kick my ass in ten seconds flat I would’ve been a hell of a lot more talkative back then.”
