He didn't really imagine the Pigeons would be the reason for being so run ragged. Now he's just waiting.

"Dude, what if she's like a serial killer."

"I mean, it's a bind date." Len shrugged, closing his little locker. "I'm not sure if she'll even like me. Knowing my luck, I'll get hit by a falling turtle before meeting her."

Len just groaned, hitting his head on the wall. "Guys. Seriously. It's just a blind date. You all don't need to freak out over my date."

Everyone just stared at him. "But it's you. If something bad happens, it will happen to you."

He just shrugged. "I'm used to it. She should know about my bad luck ahead of time before we get serious. IF we get serious."

A gift card saying "Happy Birthday" is sent to Len... and it does NOT smell like the sea or salt. So he's safe! In fact, this is possibly the best thing so far that could be sent to him! The card itself is colorful and simple, and inside it is the photo of a grumpy little woodlouse.

"Happy Birthday, Mr. Noodle Man," it reads. It signs, 'Nils of the Moors' in fancy cursive.
