Changeover Day 7! Prompt: Semblance Swap/Malfunction!

This one could lead to a lot of fun, Nora with glyphs, Pyrrha with High Voltage, Weiss with Polarity, or any form of similar swaps.

well, when I saw @northpolevalkyries schneekorie ship week day 7 was "secret agent" I was. Inspired.

so basically! Pyrrha and Weiss are partners in spy agency. Nora and Pyrrha have History with Tension but also Weiss and Pyrrha are feeling out a relationship between them and aaaaaaa
