Pretty excited for Monday, my older brother and myself are going to start exercising and eating healthier. I've gained a decent amount of weight, nothing crazy, but I really feel like I should do something about it before it gets out of hand. I'm looking forward to looking better than I currently do. I don't really have a huge issue with my weight, but I wouldn't mind having a longer life expectancy. As for my older brother, he's around 300 lbs. and he's very worried about his weight, and he's struggled with it since he was younger, and just wants a chance to live to see his kids grow old, which I applaud him for.
