keep eating until you grow out of every pair of pants, every top doesn’t cover your gut anymore and you’re getting a waddle that you simply can’t hide anymore 🤭

Dance like no one is watching (because they aren't)

Movement is so important to me. I love the flow and natural reaction to music that my body seems to have. It's been a long time since I could dance on account of broken ribs, and this still hurts a lot. However, the pleasure derived from letting my body take over, completely bypassing my inhibitions and letting it move without boundaries is so freeing. I think you can see in this video when my brain checks out and my body takes over. I had no plans to make a dance video when I left the house, but I found this alleyway and I felt inspired. I hope these improvised wiggles are to my understanding publics satisfaction.
