hello! thank you for the advice. :) I may have to look into it, as I do think it would be neat if sims could drink out of the pouch like they do with instant meals and the like. If only for the aesthetics, lol.

Anyone looking for some townies? I’ve got a few to share.  👀

40 sims, to be specific. 20 males and 20 females, all adults, CC Free, and ready to be added to your neighborhood. Because I left them on lots to keep their names intact, you’ll need to townify them yourself, but that’s easy to do with either the cat teleporter or Sim Blender.

Shoutout to @letthemplaysims for putting this idea in my head and for linking the tutorials. If you haven’t already, check out her original townie replacement/subhood as well as her latest templates! They’re what inspired me to do this in the first place; I have them in my game and I love them. And if you’re interested in townies with different age groups, I totally recommend @simotonin‘s townie pool. Loads of cute sims there. :)

One other thing to note: it’s probably obvious from the pictures, but these sims aren’t Base Game exclusive! I have every expansion pack + stuff pack and used them when making these sims.

To Install the subhood, download the file and drop the NSIM folder in

UPDATE:

So it was brought to my attention by an anon that one of my sims, one Eddie Fletcher, managed to slip past my radar undetected with CC eyes. I have now corrected the issue. Please redownload and replace my townie pool with the updated version if you have it in your game!

If you've already attached my subhood to one of your neighborhoods, don’t fret! You can fix Eddie’s eyes by following this tutorial. His eye color is meant to be Light Blue ( e43f3360-3a08-4755-8b83-a0d37a6c424b ), but feel free to change it to be whatever color you like.

TS2 is my true love, and The Sims series as a whole has been a consistent hyperfixation of mine throughout the majority of my life. I’ll likely be playing this game until the day I can’t possibly play it anymore comes - be it through Windows finally swallowing our game whole or my own demise - so it’s only fitting I have a dedicated space that reflects that, right?

I did wind up making a wedding photo for these two, btw. I’m not great at posing sims - I don’t have the patience/skill to really finesse it - but I’m considering making more family photos for the Widespot sims as they do add a lot to the house.

I also made a diner earlier this year for Widespot. With all the pineapples everywhere, I’m 99% sure I was watching an Andrew Arcade stream while I was making it haha.
