It is a known fact about me that I am down for dirigibles. I am around for airships. Besotted...? with blimps. Or something like that. I just love me a good flying machine, it has to be said. And since my first 2 ideas didn't work, YOU'RE GETTING THE GAY BLIMP.
This is a texture combo of Slig and Toothfairyundermypillow's defaults, with a pride flag on both sides. Compatible with everything theirs is compatible with. It's hood deco, found under that category of "stuff that doesn't show up in lot view."

I was looking through some folders on my old laptop and to my suprise I found some old hairretextures of Skysims meshes. I think I was planning to make an advent calendar for December 2015 but I left them in various stages of completion: some were only partly retextured and others were already recolored and binned.
These meshes are so old that most people probably already have them in their game, but these 12 sets were so close to completion that I still decided to finish them for my own game. I will share them in case there are some new players here who are still interested. The Skysims hair retextures will be uploaded on Fridays in the even weeks and retextures of more modern meshes will be uploaded in the uneven weeks. I hope you will like everything that is coming!

I created 9 Ombres for each Natural hair. So you get 36 Files. I didn't merge them, so you can pick and choose. I also added pictures so you can easily decide what you want to keep and not to keep.
If interest arises, I can bin them. I just didn't because I usually don't like anything that isn't a natural color in the bin tab.
You can also bin them yourself using CatOfEvilGenius' Hair Binner.
The Ombre colors were created using SkittlesSims unnaturals.
I had a terrible night one time as a kid, back when TS2 was still releasing packs and computers had their own rooms, where I was building a mall. I was hunched over my keyboard, in the dark of my basement, making all of these wonderful shops. I remember the theme being a sort of Florida-suburbs vibe, despite living at the opposite end of the continent, diagonally, from Florida. I was locked the fuck IN.
In build mode, Sims are not supposed to move around, at all. Everything is paused. Except no the fuck it wasn't, because if you put down salon chairs, there's a weird bug sometimes (I forget the exact triggers, but I do remember it wasn't ever patched out) where the hairdressers and other NPCs would be able to spawn in and roam around AS YOU WERE BUILDING. They'd also, at random, sometimes turn to look at me.
In unison, three of them walked up to their stations, turned, and looked at me.
It scared me so bad that I thought I was having a nightmare, realised it was real, and ran upstairs crying.
It's up there with the nightmare I had a few years later that I could still hear the buy music in my headphones, despite them being unplugged. That's not really scary on its own, but it's the sort of thing that's scary when you have no dream justification for what's happening. Bluetooth was not really a thing yet, so the idea of a wireless pair of headphones literally gave me a nightmare.
Finally a hair for the boys!
Ok 2 things:
On the review pictures I use the edited mesh by FantasyRouge, which you can find here. It is also the mesh I Included in the download.
It makes the hair less bulky at the top.
IF you rather want Raon's original Mesh, you cannot have both!
Since the edit uses the same ID as Raon's version. So you have to decide between either or.
And 2nd: The retexture isn't perfect, I think the shine isn't 100% correctly placed. So it has a few more shine spots at the back.
I finally got on my bullshit and made preview pictures for some of the hairs I've retextured and have been hoarding... so this is the first of at least a couple. đ
Anyway, it's what it says on the tin. A S-Club hair, sunshined.
I should note that this hair mesh has some transparencies (likely from it being only 10k which is pretty impressive for a conversion nowadays) so it looked better with a scalp overlay. Nathan is wearing one in the above screenshot, for full disclosure. Swatch under the cut does not, but it's harder to see there.

i decided to try my hand at editing sophiedavid's "buyable aspiration & career rewards" to also have the same edits from joninmobile's "career rewards as aspiration rewards", essentially combining the features. it went well, so i'm sharing it with you all here.
excuse the shitty uninspired preview taken on my testing lot.
this is something i made for myself awhile ago. i've used sophiedavid's buyable rewards for a long time, usually to add them to community lots.
but in actual gameplay, i find that i rarely end up getting most of them naturally. plus, some of them i don't like the idea of being locked behind entering a niche (paranormal...) career. joninmobile's version solved that issue, but the two are incompatible with each other. ...unless? :3 in the end, career rewards will be obtainable in 3 ways: the original way, in build buy, and as aspiration rewards.
i made sure to give each reward the same points price that joninmobile decided on (if you want to see the prices for each reward, they're listed here. i recommend reading sophie's post too.) the price in build/buy might appear to be more than zero, but trust me, when you actually buy them it will not cost you anything.
INSTALLATION:
DO NOT INSTALL IN DOWNLOADS FOLDER!
instead, place the file in the catalog bin of your latest pack, in the games' installation folder:

make sure to remove sophiedavid's "SDsims2_CareerRewards" if you have it, as well as any of joninmobile's too. you can keep sophiedavid's "SDsims2_AspirationRewards" though!

Little Footprint Toilet Recolors + Texture Replacement + CEP Extra
This is a neat little toilet, right? Here are recolors in Lunamoth metals (look best with Extended StandardMaterial Shader) and Sugar Rush colors, and seats in @morepopcorn woods. Or grab a default replacement using the colors show in the first screenshot, plus the rest as recolors.
The seat-specific recolors are meant to go with the CEP Extra I made that separates the seat and bowl into two recolorable subsets, plus a third non-recolorable subset to keep the handle shiny. In addition to the usual two CEP Extra files, there's a third file in there that needs to go in [TS2 Install Folder]/Fun with Pets/SP9/TSData/Res/Overrides/.
