This is a 4to2 conversion from AggressiveKitty, medium poly (6k).
It's a functional dollhouse for your sims children and toddlers. When used the train will also spin and play a "cho cho" sound. You need the christmas train from this post for it to work. It has its own dolls (they won't replace the game ones).

A dinging chair and two styles of loveseats for your fancy Sims. The cushions are repo'd to the Jonesi blanket and the wood is repo'd to the OFB Decra-Chill. These are clones with new guids and wont conflict with the originals
