Hi! I'm Jeb (He/They). I'm 30 and I create CC for The Sims 2 and, occasionally, The Sims 4! My CC tag is #s2cc or #s4cc. Find more of my stuff at my LJ or Dreamwidth.
It is a known fact about me that I am down for dirigibles. I am around for airships. Besotted...? with blimps. Or something like that. I just love me a good flying machine, it has to be said. And since my first 2 ideas didn't work, YOU'RE GETTING THE GAY BLIMP.
This is a texture combo of Slig and Toothfairyundermypillow's defaults, with a pride flag on both sides. Compatible with everything theirs is compatible with. It's hood deco, found under that category of "stuff that doesn't show up in lot view."
Have you ever wanted some utilities to make your houses look more realistic? Well, I really did, so I converted SIXAM's Home Improvements set; it's 49 objects in total! 🛠️ You'll have lots of things to decorate your basements, garages, bathrooms or backyards. I tried to make as many objects functional as I could, and kept a deco version too, so you can pick and choose.
This was a massive undertaking, took me MONTHS, but I'm glad I did it, and boy am I glad to be done with it too 😅
You can find the original Sims 4 set here, by SIXAMcc. A collection file is included in the download for convenience. It’s also low poly and basegame compatible. Also lots of credits !!
Full object list and extra previews are waiting under the cut ↓
Onto the technicals. There's a lot of info, but the most important is in the blockquote below. Everything you need should be included in the folder.
⚠️ You'll need Midge's Custom Alarm for the Burglar Alarm to work, which I included in the download. You'll also need to keep the craftable objects for the Workbench in your download folder.
You can have every Deco and Functional object in your game at the same time ‼️ You can pick and choose what you want.
💧 The Water Pipe Large is repo'd to the Thin one and the Gas Pipe Horizontal is repo'd to the Vertical one. The Drain 02 is repo'd to Drain 01.
There's a working Faucet I cloned from this one by @jacky93sims (you can't wash babies with it). The AC Split & AC Mini Split 💨💨 are also cloned from her Air Conditioner and are repo'd to each other. They're based on Simlogical Air Conditioning, which regulates a room's temperature. You can read the details here.
The Tank Water heater & Tankless Heater are cloned from @lordcrumps' For Rent conversion here. They should act like solar panels ☀️ and take money off your bills, like his do.
🛠️ The Workbench is cloned from @deedee-sims' functional Woodworking Bench. I've included her craftable objects in the folder, you'll need them for the Workbench to work.
I modified the Workbench Table to work as a Computer Desk, and shortened the Stool so it could be sat upon. Both work well together.
Finding the correct category for each item was driving me insane. If you want to change the category, I recommend using Pick'N'Mix Object Relocator. It's very easy to use! If you load the objects first in-game, you'll get previews to help you sort them out in the relocator.
You do need a copy of LordCrump’s Shadow Files for the shadows to work though, but I have included a copy in the zip, as always.

Usually I don't post specific theme or holiday content, simply because I don't have time to work on a deadline. In this case, I decided to make this last minute with no warning for myself, so I guess I'm posting Pride content on the literal last day of June. x_x;
In any case, I made six lgbtq themed hair colours of this Peggy hair from... 2008? I think. Surprisingly still pretty viable a mesh for being so old, though I believe the hair strands are not animated, and there's a teeny tiny transparency where the part meets (You can see it on Ashe above) so this does look better with a scalp overlay. But it's not too bad.
Anyway, I scaled up the texture to 1024, so I had to redraw a good portion of the alpha so it wouldn't be so blurry. Also, this was absolutely, with zero doubt at all, inspired by this old GOS hair by Magnus, and I will not claim otherwise.
This is, of course, also available in the binned sunshine naturals, because I did all this work why would I not?
Bring out your flippers and fins:
it is mermaid time again!
Mermaids are in my opinion one of the most neglected occults in TS4. Aliens have at least some furniture for them and plant sims got a a little something in EBN, but what do the fishies get? Nothing, really, so I love to go nuts once a year and fully fall into #mermay to fill that void in my heart. This time the set is more nautical inspired. Think of an houseboat.
Download it on Google Drive here🔗

I went for the usual living-sleeping-dining combo again here, but the stuff is designed to blend well enough with other CC and official game objects so you shouldn't have any problems finding places for it. Notable here are the glass walls I used textures from TS2 for. I'm also in love with how the rugs turned out.
As you all know, you get this
in this
Note: this was made with game ver. 1.119.109.1020, so if you are a few patches behind you can safely use this without updating.
In case you missed it, this beach cottage I made for The Sims 2 is available for download on ModTheSims! It’s the perfect cozy getaway for Sims who love the coastal style.
"Por si no la habías visto, ya puedes bajarte esta casita de playa que construí para Los Sims 2 en ModTheSims. Es el refugio perfecto para esos Sims que buscan relax y vibras playeras."
2 dining chairs and 2 living chairs. The glass parts are repo'd to the vase of the OFB Daisy Bouquet, the metal parts are repo'd to the inner subset of the BG Manor House mirror. I didn't change the guids or filenames, let these overwrite the originals if you have them
This floor plan comes from Designs for Convenient Living Portfolio #43
A MidCentury Contemporary/Modern
3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - oversized garage - multiple terraces
sunken living room - room for hobbies - laundry area - hot tub - junker car
2-Step Foundation
fully furnished
- with No CC -
This series of houses is built from plans by Richard B. Pollman (1914-1980,) and are a part of his Designs for Convenient Living - specifically from Portfolio #43. (I couldn't find an exact publication date for Portfolio #43; but Portfolio #45 was published in 1963, and Portfolio #47 was published in 1966. So I think it is safe to say this was probably in 1961-62-ish?)
9 Midcentury Posters on Crisps&Kerosene’s World of Wonder mesh.
If you are interested at all in graphic design, you have to check out the Letterform Archive, which has an amazing collection of stuff. These posters are all from different type specimens, posters and typewriter manuals they’ve posted (to which I edited).
They’re on C&K’s World of Wonder wall art mesh, which is so good. I’m including the mesh in the download, but you should really check out C&K’s so you can get all the recolors of the frame.
I have so many edits to share and Idk where to start, so, why not start with the bare minimum a stove?
This is the halo stove from pet stories (from here), but with clear glass! Meant to be used alongside @stinkyunicorn's clear glass defaults and slig's clear windows. This is how it originally looked:
That's turquoise!
Other edits I know of are @shastakiss' cottage build + roof-thingies, @dramallamadingdang's manor house table and @tvickiesims holy smoke stairs.
Compressed and no mipmaps as usual!

Credits: @stinkyunicorn for the clear glass txmt, Argon/Lord Darcy/Havelock for converting, and lastly, Maxis.
CTNutmegger's 1x2 tablecloth with sheer rose pattern textures in 4 colours! It's got a little hem detail at the bottom of the texture, but I've found it's not very visible on every mesh; it looks pretty good on curtain addons, though. Shown on Hokadk47's 1x1 addon. There's a swatch and CTN's 1x2 mesh in the RAR ^^
This release adds more depth and expands several core systems at once, laying important groundwork for future updates.
There’s still plenty to refine, so if you notice anything that doesn’t work as expected, behaves oddly, or could be improved, feel free to let me know. Even small observations help a lot in making the next versions more stable and complete.
Happy testing pre-beta v6 - Enjoy exploring the new systems!
PS: Summer break is coming up, so the next big update might take a bit longer than usual. That said, I’ll still be around, and I’ll be working on other Sims projects in the meantime (more like a dev break than a summer break 😄)
A maxis-matchy wedding gown! It's a mashup of the Short Wedding Dress from celebrations and Skell's age conversion of the Flower Girl dress (also from celebrations). AF only, has all morphs. I made 5 recolors, but here's the PSD for recoloring :)
