Can you turn a HQ mod off? Or doesn't it affect game play?

No, you either have the original graphics in or you have the modded graphics in. I suggest leaving in the mod and if you really want smoother gameplay, turn down graphic settings in game.

hey! how do you know when a hq mod works? i cant tell from mine

If you really can't tell from afar, zoom in close to the sim's face and if you can see individual hairs of their eyebrows or skin pores (depending on skin, makeup Ofc) then that means it is working. Also their nose will look more defined.

Would you ever upload your photoshop action?

I uploaded a few a while back, but since took them down. I don’t think I will release any again since I think everyone should try to come up with their own editing style so their pictures look unique! I also went over all the tools I use to edit in my actions in my last video tutorial.

Do you have your game updated to 1.69?

Currently I have it patched only to 1.67 because I'm lazy.
