If I am to come back to this blog I would need folk to remember things:

1) The mun is most definitely NOT the muse here. Vani is an evil, conniving, murderess who just doesn’t care who she hurts or how she hurts them. but just because she is mean, doesn’t mean I don’t like you. I think the best person to vouch for me here is Ariel, I’m horrible to her muses sometimes but I adore her <3.

2) there will be some potentially triggering things here, like death, and murder, and blood and general just awfulness that some folk wouldn’t want to see. She can be very entertaining, sure. But she’s still an awful person.

still an annoyance::

           From inside the tree, no longer being pursued did Notte finally poke her head back out and look to the very mean lady! Regardless, an assist was an assist. “You don’t gotta help me, but you did! So thanks, lady.”

            Kinda disgusting how she’s just going to keep eating the carrot…but even then! It seemed like something Luca and Ranzal would do. Just cut the piece of the carrot off and then keep going. So she couldn’t really judge this lady or something… “Anyway, if there’s ever a favor you need, you can ask. Need some fiends killed? Need a dragon befriended? Notte’s the gal for you! I can totally get people who can help! And if I have enough mana, I can do it myself!”

   --- But she never helped her, she helped herself. After all, both tiny things were annoying. The small bug that would have attempted to bite and the small bug that wouldn’t shut up. By removing one, maybe the other would leave her alone. 

       Another crunch and she would simply keep chewing. She still held the dagger in her hand, dark eyes admiring the freshly sharpened blade. There was almost... love in that gaze, if one cared to look hard enough. Still, a small chuckle was to escape her lips. One that, well, it certainly couldn’t be described as warm. “Sure, I have some friends that... Oh, wait, you said fiends didn’t you?” and much like her voice, her expression remained emotionless. Besides, she would have killed them herself had she truly meant it. Yet to offer a favour... Wasn’t that a mistake? “But, I will keep that in mind,” another crunch, another bite, “I might have use for someone smaller than I,”

          “Hey! This thing is tryna drain me dry!” It was almost devastating to a point, how even simple bugs were a threat to the tine fae. While she was bigger than a mosquito, they were big enough to her tiny size that it would be akin to being stabbed with a rapier. Shooting right past the stranger, Notte finds herself a small crevice in the tree where she could comfortably hide from the mosquito. Where it wouldn’t be smart enough to go around the stranger, and instead go for her itself.

   --- “And that’s my problem... why?” another bite of the carrot. She would continue to stare, of course. This was, perhaps, the most interesting thing that had happened since she sat down. An annoying kind of interesting, of course, but interesting nonetheless. Naturally, there would be the smallest of chuckles as the fae flew by, her gaze no longer on the smaller humanoid but shifting, instead, to the smaller insect. And just as it flew closer... There would be a crack as carrot met hand, the mosquito mercilessly crushed between palm and vegetable.

       Her gaze fell, looking now upon her favoured orange food, a small tut escaping her lips, before she lifted the dagger by her side and just scraped the now very dead mosquito from it’s surface.

"Hey Sister! Could use a hand over here!" A little low on mana, Notte can't transform. And this rather daring mosquito that's chasing her is more than a nuisance right now! Fluttering as fast as she can, she makes her way right over to the stranger for help!

   --- But she would just watch. Dark eyes simply following what was happening right before her. And she would eat. Chewing slowly on the carrot she had brought with her from home. Just... watching. What did they expect her to do? Get up and valiantly save the day? You want that you can talk to the paladin or the cleric. No, not this halfling. She’d rather watch you squirm.

       Thus it was that she would simply lean back against the tree she sat under and take but another bite of her carrot. And even when it was that she saw the small fae fly her way, she would not move. Her free hand lovingly stroking the handle of her dagger. For if they touched...                 Oh, you do not touch.           But if they did...

   --- If you like your halfling small and uh... stabby and... hmm dead behind the... eyes... Yeah, no? No one likes that. But hey, you never know, she might not glare at you and tell you to piss off? Maybe? Probably not

an annoyance::

@not-a-rogue​ sent: She takes her time, she always does. Cold brown eyes resting upon the one who dared approach. Fingertips drummed against the hard surface of the table top behind which she sat. And yet, a sigh would fall from her lips, “What? What do you want?”

And just like that, he casually took the chair on the opposite side of her table, leaning back whilst sitting. Despite the apparent displeased look on her face, the commander paid no mind whatsoever.

“Can’t a guy enjoy his time at the bar for a bit? Unless you’re havin’ a date or somethin’, then I got ya, little lady.” 

   --- A date with a bottle or two of wine, yes. With a person? Ew, no. Not that that was any of his business, of course. Still, she would focus her gaze on this... intruder. Stifling the urge to just groan, the halfling would lift her glass to her lips, taking but the smallest of sips of wine. Dark dead eyes never once leaving him. 

       “The bar is over there,” her voice flat, “This table is mine,”

   --- Well, there was certainly truth to those words, wasn’t there? She was here and she most definitely wasn’t who the halfling had asked for. It just went to show just how utterly useless those at the guild were. You take time out, run your own business for a while and as soon as you decide, yes, I want to be teamed up with idiots again and risk life and limb for a little excitement, they send the wrong idiot. If she even was from the guild. She certainly didn’t look like anyone she’d ever seen before.

       Regardless. A meat shield was a meat shield, right? She’s tried that solo nonsense once before. Never again. Arrows hurt. No no, better to have someone else stand in the way. Besides, solo was better for sneaking anyway. Not for what she was about to undertake.

       “Correct,” the single word spoken in a low almost monotone voice as she pushed herself up from where she was sat. On a tabletop, where she could see everyone and everything around her. The wood rough against her bare feet. “I assume you’ve been filled in, at least,”

The threat was very real, yet Sanji found himself laughing and smiling as he returned to the stove. “I’m well aware of that, my dear.” There was no doubt in his mind that she could take him out with little effort and mess, and he would be none the wiser. Sanji only hoped that he would be old and grey by then. Although, if she did end him soon, it would me more than deserved.

“I’d like to think I’m quick on my feet, but you have me beat.”

   --- A small huff escaped her, she was quick, sure, but she was under no illusion at just how quick. A taller person could still easily out stride her, after all. Still, she’d remain silent once again. Dark, cold eyes, resuming their watch. There was always something soothing about watching another work, she would admit that much, however. Especially if the person working was as masterful as the man before her. Her silence breaking, the topic changing,

       “What are you making anyway?”

   --- There was always something appealing to unnerving someone. Even if that someone was considered a friend. Best to keep them on edge in her opinion. People are less likely to step over that metaphorical line that way, after all. Still, there was no change in her expression. Not even a trickle that might elude to the halfling’s true thoughts and feelings. 

       The drumming would stop, however, yet the stare would remain. Unyielding. Unfaltering. even after he had finished speaking she would not respond. Not straight away, at the very least. A small huff would leave her, “Relax, had I wanted to kill you I’d have done so by now,” she paused, “And you wouldn’t have seen it coming,”

this is going to be a strange question, but did you used to write proton from pokemon on forums? your icon style just reminded me of someone else named lou who did. sorry!

Nah, only person I RPed in the Pokemon RPC was Trainer Ruby from the Pokespe series and that was years ago before all the fancy icons. I’m talking about 7 or 8 years ago(I was pokeco-ordinator or something similar to that xD)
