Two weeks ago, almost all members went to Abunaicon in the Netherlands. We had lots of fun!  Lao and Noffy entered the lip-sync battle competition, a competitive playback show, where they earned a medal!

China: While the aforementioned are all exceptional nuances, I’ve gotta say that the worst part of the Dynastic Cycle is how repetitive it is. So much so that the Cycle itself has become the worst part of it. 

China: So. As you can see. The cycle itself is just… quite the Nuance. 

Dynastic Cycle Even Kickstart Post 4/4. Event begins!

((Honestly, if ya think about it, the reason why a dynasty would fall is pretty darn similar almost to the point where it seems redundant. (Cuz really when they overthrow one emperor, another emperor will take his place. Granted he may be a good emperor, but there’s no guarantee that his kids would be). 

1. A mean emperor 

2. An incompetent emperor

3. foreign invasion (northern nomads and later on European imperialistic powers)

4. Natural disaster & the emperor is too incompetent to deal with its aftermath

5. A combination of all the above lol

Qin dynasty is really no different. QinShiHuang was a hella mean emperor to a ton of people. QinErShi was a hella incompetent emperor. Huns were invading China and the emperors didn’t know how to properly deal with them (without going finically bankrupt). So consequently, the Qin Dynasty collapsed and China’s broken again.))

YES! What I especially love about it is that they are equals. They are each other’s constant. They are rivals and try to one up each other. They know each other well enough and very comfortable with each other, that they are not afraid to hold back, and at the same time, know their boundaries. I love their old married couple dynamic. They bicker, fight, brawl, and what not. Even if the pairing is not romantic, you know at the back of your mind, they’ll be sitting together as old men at the front porch, yelling at kids to get off their lawn. Well, one of them at least. Pfft!
