Hey! So I actually manage to do both of these (somehow…)!

So, here is normally what I do;

- make a vague schedule. Mine consists of eat in the morning, do morning chores, eat in the afternoon, do some schoolwork, do afternoon chores, eat dinner, then free time

- I find the vague schedule allows me to have a routine that my brain settles into because it leaves room for me to be impulsive without hurting myself

-when doing school, if you find it’s hard to do the lessons the way the teachers want you to, focus on doing one thing a day (i.e. i sometimes do studying one day, and tests/homework another)

-sleep… uh, cant really help you here, but what I can say is that try to set a time to go into your room (mine is 9 pm) and then put on something that actively stimulates your brain, like an audiobook that you have listened to thousands of times, and just relax.

-I used to do this as a kid. I would watch Star Wars movies, read Harry Potter, listen to my parents, all of that just to go to bed.

These are all what I do, but it’s all open to interpretation because everyone is different

Ooh, i was reading your anime ask and I saw Fractale was in your top ten, but i've never even heard of it before lol. Mind explaining why you liked it so much for someone who saw it on mal and thought it looked good? <3

It was a really interesting take on what our society could become. Without spoiling too much, it takes place in the future where people would rather live in a virtual reality instead of the real world. So they use these robot-like stand ins for themeslves to navigate the real world while they live in the virtual one.

The main character is one of the few humans in the flesh walking around the real world. He hates the way things are and is really interested in what life was like being the virtual world took over. 

I don’t want to spoil anything so I’ll it there. If you can find it I recommend watching it. It’s pretty scarce online though.

Yep that’s right. Even Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas was directed by Henry Selick. Though Burton wrote the poem and created the characters in which Nightmare was based he didn’t have much interaction with the project beyond that. At the time he had already signed off to direct the film Batman Returns and did not want to be involved with the “painstakingly slow process of stop-motion animation.”

Looks like it was a trick quiz. But now you know Henry Selick, whom people rarely know of is responsible for many of the most well known stop-motion animated films. The more you know!

You guys don’t understand, Henry Selick was so happy and so incredibly nice and grateful that there was a festival solely dedicated to the art of Stop Motion and that he was an invited guest. He was treated like a superstar in his craft, and he was absolutely surprised.

All stop motion animators were actually. So please please please, appreciate this guy and his hard work in his key role at keeping stopmotion animation alive and well today.
