Salutations and Welcome to my blog!
I focus on the personifications of the ancient Greek city-states, though occasionally others may make an appearance as well. Nevertheless, here are some visual shapes to keep in mind:

Salutations and Welcome to my blog!

The Map
Corinth is highly respected within her city, sometimes seen as a patron within certain circles and one to confide in when seeking information, not without payment of course.
She was the owner of the most renowned oikos; shall anyone threaten to do her harm, the whole trade sector would hunt them down.
I oftentimes forget how little I have truly showcased from my AU, in strictly trying to follow the "show don't tell" principle. But sometimes, telling does need to be used.
I had begun bestowing him traits before even diagnosing Athens as autistic, seeing as they greatly fit his character: low empathy, flat affect, low emotions.
"all that the Greeks suffered at the Lacedaemonians' or our hands, at least were committed by true children of Greece"
1. Athens first spoke rather late, around the age of three, which had his father severely worried- He later had a minor speech impairment, when he was a child (as part of his autism but also a reference to Demosthenes), which he attempted to treat by himself through self-made therapy; talking to himself for hours on end, trying to correct his tongue.
In re-reading some of the dialogues between Athens and the cities they are trying to subject (Thucydides), I noticed how strong the following element is;
2. Athens cannot lie for the life of him. He need just not talk in order for a secret to not slip out of his mouth; he's not a gossip (in this case), but horrendous at lying, due to him being unable to control his tone.
…And for this reason he doesn't hesitate to tell someone he hates them right in their face
"And let no one think that we are interested in you when it's none of our business"
In his Philippics [III] Demosthenes describes Philip II of Macedon as a "disease" [9.29] and a "hailstorm" [9.33].
3. Athens has a tendency to pace a lot. A circular path is worn into the flooring of his bedroom
Over the years, Athens has come to be incredibly good at masking; appearing almost...normal.
Copying others' cues was a game of survival and one he aspired to win, therefore, he carefully noted when people would laugh, or keep silent in disapproval.
He tried limiting his fidgeting, sometimes even placing his hand under him so he wouldn't move it.
If he felt overwhelmed, he disengaged from the present social interaction with some well-made excuse.
Playing pretend every day, perpetually, rendered him exhausted, often having to isolate himself in his room to gain his powers back.

I am thus back; indeed, cursive hasn't been in use for a long time and hence why I'm referencing a document from the 40s
I tried extracting every letter, but since some are missing, I've placed red dots in their place.
Print font below for reference & comparison
(I deleted my first reply as I wanted to add more to the image and didn't know the ask was deleted along with it 🥹; Apologies, @ittsfevy)
Oo, I wish you my best on your learning journey!
The following are in my handwriting (the video is quite old and writing digitally does not give the same effect as traditional writing so I embedded a static picture as well).
Unfortunately I was never taught cursive and therefore cannot give an accurate tutorial :(. However, several people have mistaken my handwriting for cursive, so it may make the cut.
I have a document from the 40s, written in cursive, and I'll come back to you once I've found it. For now, all the best

Knossos, before getting invaded, was often dreaming (or having nightmares) of a giant octopus attacking her, resulting to her, an artist, often making art out of it.
Her palen face was struck with horror, once she came face to face with the nightmare that had been haunting her for decades, before closing her eyes in bliss.

Despite Lycurgus's laws being established in the 9th century, Sparta remained a centre of Lyric poetry and dance until the 6th century. Henceforth, it'd become the (in)famous militaristic state.
I believe Sparta kept being fond of such arts, in spite of him not wanting to seem as if he was "indulging in weak mindless acts".
His bass voice is perfect for the triumphous paeans.
