[REQUEST] from @wordsmithic
Since the plot obstructs me from giving Macedon more goat traits, I went all in with Pella.
Who counts the money underneath the bar?
My OC San Francisco (they/them), sometime in the mid to late 1800s (definitely pre-1906).
San Francisco has operated a bar/saloon/speakeasy/etc (depending on the time period) in the converted hull of a buried ship for over 150 years. The establishment has changed a lot since the beginning, but somehow, it’s still in business despite various authorities over the years trying to shut it down. Legend has it that you can’t find the place, even if you try. Even the omnipresent Bjg Tech apps that scour and track and map every inch of the city can’t navigate to it. It’s said that Waymo cars have glitched out and self-combusted after getting too close. But if you ever find yourself down on your luck, feeling broken by the world, cast out because of who you love, or dreaming big dreams that world tells you are impossible, the door will open up to you. (At what cost? Someday you might find out…)
Uncensored version under the cut (spoiler for old west saloon tidd8es)
hello moot i have a request.... could you perhaps draw tripoli (lebanon) or beirut... no pressure of course 🥹
HELLO MOOT!! and YES!!! i drew BOTH, actually. I'm not particularly confident in my design for tripoli (colour schemes are harrddd), bUT i am happy with how beirut came out. Theres a lot of tiny details im not sure make sense to anyoone but me but. i think beirut having the city skyline and castle-wall and the little stars and clock to represent the hamidiyi clock-tower makes sense. Tripoli has his flag as the city seal, red-yellow stripes to represent brick patterns, the red diamonds are vague arches and the green and blue for seaports while the black is. oil. The pendant is tripoli silver gros! I'm also aware you have done FARRR more research on these two then i ever will (i am the micronesian version of americentrism... micronecentrism?) so be nice im just a little guy!!! but also feel free to talk about ur opinions and what i couldve improved or interesting fun tidbits, im happy to listen!!!

A question for anyone who personifies cities
Are all cities/towns personified or only certain ones?
If all of them are, how do ghost towns work? Are they dead? Did they just mysteriously go missing? Are they doing a kind of Bruno in Encanto kind of thing?
