Another rant on new "kpop fans"

This is just my unpopular opinion so if you get butthurt- good. But yanno, kpop is growing so much over the years and I can't say I'm unhappy, since I've loved it for a long long time and I'm happy that the genre is finally getting the recognition it deserves. BUT. Fucking. All the new self-proclaimed 'kpop fans' mainly surround themselves around the big groups, aka BTS, EXO and TWICE. Like mate, I get you're only just getting into this, but like come on man. There's so much more in this world. And on music videos of groups and ppl comment shit like "Army here to support ____!!!!" LIKE WHO THE FUCK CARES. Why don't you just support the group without including your bigass fandom???? Like it's not that I get pissed off over JUST that, but there's SO many groups in kpop and if you just like those few groups (and making sure to announce it on every goddamn video), you might as well just say you're a "bts fan" or army lmao. That's literally the same as ppl who listen to hyuna think of themselves as "korean rap fans" (bc hyunas not even rap lmao soznotsoz) im not writing this cause I think of these depressing thoughts of other ppl everyday, I just got triggered seeing ppl supporting their bts as "kings of kpop" and shit (IK I MENTIONED EXO AND TWICE EARLIER BUT LEGIT ARMYS ARE INSANE). I also saw this article about netizens and 'fans' are commenting shit like "omg korean netizens are honestly so rude and weird", "knetz are the worst", "korean fans can't understand anything like privacy". I AGREE THAT SOME KFANS ARE A BIT CRAZY IN THE HEAD BUT I DONT COMMENT THAT KIND OF SHIT BC KPOP IS K O R E A N POP. Honestly who the fuck do you think you are to judge people how their treat celebrities from their OWN country?????? The kpop idols embrace it too and they try to live up to their country's expectations bc they respect their culture and surroundings. Like you don't see kpop idols smokin weed and shit 24/7 and raving on the streets, but the use of drugs and sex in western countries are quite casual and don't get majorly judged by the public. So just bc that's ok in ur country, it does not give you the right to judge other countries for being against it. IM LAUGHING SO HARD AT ALL THE COMMENTS IM SEEING UNDER IRON's (rapper) NEW SONG "SYSTEM". Ya'll don't understand the concept of underground hip hop right? Like dissing other artists are a part of the concept and nature of hip hop and just bc iron threw a diss at big bang (well more gd and top) thousands of butthurt VIPs say stuff like "he's just trying to get attention" "he's so rude to diss my oppa" "it's never ok to bring in others" LIKE CALM THE F DOWN OMG you don't even get it and you're throwing handfuls of shade to iron. but tbh he probs don't even give two shits since the fans are just immature af. ALL THE OLD 2ND GENERATION KPOP GROUPS ARE DISBANDING AND I CANT EVEN EXPRESS HOW UPSET I AM. I've liked kpop for 6 bloody years and a lot of my favourite bands back then are either disbanded/disbanding or broken up in some form. Like in 2014 when jessica left girls generation I was already like "oh shit that's big." bc girls generation is pre much kpop's biggest icon. but the amount of stuff that happened in 2016 is just trying to shatter my heart into a million little pieces- and it's working. LIKE WHEN NICOLE AND JIYOUNG LEFT KARA I WAS ALREADY UPSET but hey i love youngji so I was supportive of the new kara unTIL THEY BLOODY DISBANDED AS WELL. And when I first liked kpop, 2ne1 were literally one of the biggest things (before they went on their 'never have a comeback' phase) and YG full announces their comeback this year AND THEN FKN MINZY LEAVES. Like ok cool. Wreck my heart. But hey that's only 3 groups right? LOL good joke, I don't even think it's a month later before JYP ANNOUNCES THAT JIA IS ALSO GODDAMN LEAVING MISS A. NOW I HAVE TO BLOODY OFFER TO CHOP UP ONIONS FOR MY MUM SO I CAN PRETEND MY TEARS ARE FROM THOSE. How am I supposed to forget my bAE HYUNSEUNG DROPPING OUT OF BEAST. YA'LL HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVED BEAST WHEN I FIRST GOT INTO KPOP. I was that 11 year old kid who stayed up til 3am (so that it was equivalent to 12am in korea lmao tragic) everytime one of the members had their birthday to tweet them my dodgy photo collages that I made for them. LAST YEAR AFTER 5 YEARS OF LOVING THEM I GOT TO SEE THEM LIVE AND I GAVE EACH OF THEM A FUCKING HI-5 AT THE HI-TOUCH EVENT. DO U EVEN GET ME WHEN I SAY HOW SAD I WAS WHEN CUBEENT ANNOUNCED HYUNSEUNGS DEPARTURE LIKE STOP FUCKING WITH MY HEART. But the thing that triggered me into writing this long ass post was when this moRNING THEY AAAALSO ANNOUNCED THAT BLOODY 4MINUTE IS DISBANDING except hyuna lol bc clearly they invested the most money into her lel noh8. I REMEMBER THE FIRST SONG I HEARD BY 4MINJTE WAS "WHAT A GIRL WANTS" WHEN THEY USED DODGY AF AUTOTUNE AND I LOVED IT. 4mInute's recent music was so bloody good too, why would they ;______; YOU KNOW WHAT- IM- /drowns from all my tears/ buT IN ALL SERIOUSNESS. Obvs it understandable that these people are ending their careers in their specified groups due to the termination of their contracts (maybe except jessica lmao- who will ever know the truth??) and clearly and understandably some of these artists don't want to remain as an "idol" for another period of time, due to them wanting to focus on studies/solo activities. Besides all these old groups are being overshadowed by these recent rookies like exo bts seventeen got7 etc, so it's understandable ;___; BUT STILL. WHY MUST U BREAK MY HEART LIKE THIS. ALL THESE NEW GROUPS NOW HAVE PPL MY AGE. THIS ISNT RIGHT. I NEED THE TIMES BACK WHEN MY FANTASY HUSBANDS WERE 10+ YEARS OLDER THAN ME BC I WAS A CHILD. WHO DO I EVEN LISTEN TO NOW. FOR ME PERSONALLY, THE 2008-2013 PERIOD WAS THE GOLDEN ERA FOR ME. SO MANY GOOD ARTISTS AND GOOD MUSIC. BRING BACK MY KPOP 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 But let's support these people's choices as well BYE
