TW For people who’s eating disorders were never “bad enough” for treatment
How can other people never floss and get no cavities
While I can’t go 6 months without
Something to fill
Or put on watch
or root canal
I floss twice a day
Usually 3 times
I’ve been doing it since I was 13 years old
And have had 13 cavities
That one dentist visit when my mother must have realized
Something wasn’t right

Important notice
I see all these thinspos on here everyday, all day and I want their body so bad. I want a their big thigh gaps, and their super tiny waists BUT
REMEMBER - every body is different some people have really wide hips which gives them big thigh gaps and tiny waists but other have teeny tiny hips or none at all and that makes having a thigh gap all the harder to achieve. I have barely any hips at all and I know I have to hit 45kg to even get a tiny thigh gap, I will never have the big gap that all the thinspos have unless I lose weight until im almost dead.
SO REMEMEBER EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT, IT ISNT ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO ACHEIVE THE BODY OF YOUR THINSPO, BE SAFE xx

being fat doesn’t automatically mean you’re unhealthy. i’m so tired of fatphobic people saying “i don’t hate fat people, i hate that they’re okay with being so unhealthy” like shut up. yes being fat could mean you’re being unhealthy, but there are still plenty of people who eat healthily and exercise and they’re still fat!! because that’s their body type!!
and the fatphobic people who equate being fat with being unhealthy are forgetting that sometimes being very thin (or even just an average weight) can mean you’re unhealthy as well if you’re starving/over-exercising to achieve that build. an example is that there have been anorexic and bulimic people who have looked like an average weight, but they were still killing themselves. but because they weren’t emaciated skin and bones like people associate with those disorders, people just assume they’re very healthy when they’re not. so when you act like all people with these builds are healthy/all fat people aren’t healthy, you’re not only being wrongly fatphobic but you’re enforcing the idea that you need to be thin at all costs to be healthy and/or attractive and that can be very dangerous for people with eating disorders. and we aren’t even getting into the topic of thin people who never exercise and eat junk and aren’t healthy but stay thin bc, again, that’s just their body type.
and the point of this isn’t to shame thin people, it’s just to remind you that fat people shouldn’t all be labeled as unhealthy just as thin people shouldn’t all be labeled as healthy, and to stop trying to pit thin and fat people against each other as if they’re so different. people need to stop assuming that every fat person isn’t taking care of themselves or that every slim person is taking care of themselves, remember that the human body type varies wildly and just because someone doesn’t look like what you think is healthy doesn’t mean they aren’t healthy at all. and above all else, remember that it is none of your fucking business whether someone is thin or fat!!!
In a room full of art, I’d still stare at you.
