Guys, this is the best keto Mac and cheese I have ever made. It makes jumping on the wagon so much easier. Recipe: 16 oz Bag of frozen cauliflower florets 1 cup of heavy cream 2 oz of cream cheese 1 tbsp mustard 2 cups cheddar cheese (I did one cup sharp and one Colby jack) Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Steam cauliflower florets until tender In a pan, simmer heavy cream Melt in cream cheese and mustard Stir until creamy. Add 1 1/2 cup cheese, stir until melted Mix cheese sauce and cauliflower together. I chopped them into smaller pieces. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and broil until cheese is golden brown and melty. Enjoy!
