hey i’m not back on tumblr (well i am but i mean i’m not returning forever) but i just relapsed pretty badly and i feel like this is the least judgemental place i can go to. also i think i have ptsd
btw i’m in recovery just not doing good atm

does anyone have suggestions for low cal meals? skipping tea (dinner) for me is not an option at the minute but i do have the choice of what meal to eat, any help?
