I hate the discomfort I feel after eating. I hate how my head convinces me i've consumed too much. I hate the guilt and urges to restrict. I hate how I avoid foods I know I enjoy. I hate how I allow myself to be dominated by the enemy; the voice that drowns out logic, which gives a false sense of safety. I hate it, yet I obide by the rules allowing Anorexia to tighten its grip.
