Day 16🌹:
I’ve been loosely trying to lose weight through high school, meaning that I tried for a week and then gave up frequently. I really took it more seriously when I started university and I actually managed to drop to 200lb. But the last year I just kinda gave up and gained all that weight back.
Now I’m taking it more seriously for my health because I do not want to spend my 20’s in the 200s
Day 15🌹:
I actually was vegetarian throughout most of high school. However I gained a lot of weight cause pretty much all I ate was processed foods like Morningstar. I think I would consider being a vegetarian or vegan again, or at least cut back on meat
I feel like a LOT of people with eating disorders had toxic mothers that constantly commented on their weight as a child
Day 14🌹:
Honestly, I don’t have a set goal weight. But it it between 105-115lbs. According to losertown I should reach it by April of 2021 but I’m hoping it would be sooner 🙃
Day 🌹 13:
Supposedly intermittent fasting can be healthy cause it reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes; but also increase cortisol which makes your stressed. So.......yes but no?
I hate it when I decide to break my fast for food and the food ISN’T THAT GOOD TO BEGIN WITH OMFG

Lately, I’ve been eating a lot of low cal tuna packs since I have plenty in stock. Other than that I try to incorporate as many veggies as I can when I’m not fasting
