When Azazel said to Sam “It was about you. It’s always been about you” and “You’re the one I’m rooting for” and “Sammy, you’re my favorite”. He’s the only one who understands Supernatural.
I try to avoid bringing up social media at work because I do my best to avoid overlapping my digital and irl lives. (Never ends well.) But a couple times I've mentioned using tumblr and in response I get this sort of cringe from them because something, something annoying something something cringe.

Then I see the comments. Filled with the most deliberately ignorant, hateful, and ragebait-y shit in existence and I remember:
Y'all can be annoying as fuck, but holy shit do I prefer it here a million times over.

D'ya think crows see us crying and clutching at headstones and empathize like "yeah man i get really emotional about my rocks too"
The only way forward is to stop treating masculinity as synonymous with harmful, monstrous, or dangerous.
There is a fundamental difference between "men are dangerous" (wrong, bioessentialist) and "the patriarchy allows dangerous men to exist unchecked" (true).
