Happy Election Day! To soothe my frazzled nerves re: democracy, here’s what I ordered:

Medium hazelnut praline latte feat. symmetrically compromised Santa 🎅

5/5, honestly very delicious, accidentally said yes to whipped cream which was a nice surprise for myself

Highlights:

Literally ordered this and came right back up to the flat - love not being in public

May put some bourbon in it to try and forget about the Republicans

Holidays are fun!

Lowlights:

Got coffee at 5 pm so will prob be up all night now

Makes me want to be home for xmas already 😢 miss you guys

Santa looks pretty rough

What I ordered:

Medium chai latte (5/5 the real sweet&creamy)

Highlights:

Super sweet service

Best chai latte EVER

Super cool cause: a nonprofit corporation with a mission to hire, train, and empower adults with a variety of disabilities

Low lights:

Wee bit expensive

The Verdict:

This is where I wait for my kids so I’ll be back obvi.

Ground Cafe - Queen Mary University, London || September 14, 2018

What we ordered: • E: small latte (a classic) • S: small vanilla chai (gotta have that vanilla)

Highlights: • Tons of menu options • Cute minimalist interior • Super comfy couches • Possible future study spot for our very own E!!

The Verdict: Still had to take a nap break but then again when do we not. 5/5 ☕️😌

Medium iced vanilla latte (s/o to my girl E)

5/5, got rid of my headache, foam on top a classy touch

Highlights:

Warm ambience, iconic wall art sporting such phrases as “FOR THE LOVE OF COFFEE” (all caps)

Plenty of outlets + surprisingly good Wifi

Laptop didn’t get stolen when I went to the bathroom

Lowlights:

Businessmen always sit next to me & make me feel like a small greasy cog in the capitalist machine

The Verdict:

I go there every day so I will probably be back

E: Hot chocolate + whip (3/5 watery)

Highlights:
