If you want I could help you with the repairs.” She wanted to give this ruby the benefit of the doubt. Not all homeworld gems were bad. Just misguided.

The ruby blinked softly before putting her hands together giving a soft nod. “Yes Ma’am.” she said softly. “Are you here on a mission for Earth?” She questioned.

Odd. She didn’t remember any more missions going on around this time...

Getting near to where the latter struggled to get in, she huffed, glancing down at Navy. ‘’Well, wherever it is, its not in my home, not in the barn itself’’, and that, she was certain. Then, Lazuli shrugged, ‘’it could have been dropped around the field or something’’, not remembering to have noticed such an item anywhere.

        “It’s what my reader indicates.” She stated and shifted. “Look, I just wanted to go home, you’ve tricked me and my friends three times. Not you, but you and your friends. I just wanted to give a bit of payback, and... to rescue them, but I can’t without this crystal. Honestly I don’t know where we will go.”

She gives a small bit of a laugh. “....We’ll probably be shattered if we go home...”

          The whole situation felt off to the Ruby, but if she           were to be honest, she didn’t know that Rubies           weren’t supposed to look exactly the same. To her,           this was just another Ruby who happened to be on           Earth.

                  “What brings you to this planet?”

          “Well, I was recently landed here, and sort of .... stranded in a sense. I need to go rescue my squad.” She stated simply, brushing some of her curled hair back.

            Oh dear.... she broke down, those Crystal Gems did awful work on her poor ship, she wasn’t as much of a repairgem. But she’d do what she could, adjusting her clothes she began to work, not too far of from the beach. Hopefully she could finish up before anyone found her.

She ended up softly humming as she worked, head deep inside the Roaming Eye as she worked, wiggling her cute little toosh and leaning back, wiping her hands.

          Oh great, who was this? Another one of the Crystal Gems, she really didn’t need this right now, having only been here for a bit, clearing her throat she stepped off of the ship that needed repair, those pebbles did awful things to the poor ship.

“Can... I help you?” She asked, gently fluttering her eyelashes as she stared up at the large woman.

Oh dear. Large women, her weakness. As long as she wasn’t blue.

Seeing there was only one entry to end up in the barn, Lapis stayed by the entrance. And, there was no way, that she’d move until the latter presence would properly explain why she was back. Getting messed with one time, was enough but now, wariness consumed the hydrokinetic gem. 

‘’I’m not letting you in, unless you divulge the truth about why you came back’’, and she was serious on that matter.

      “I need a crystal! Not an actual Gem but a gemstone!” She said as she tried to scramble and fit into the entrance coming from the backside.

“I need to save the Rubies! My Squad!”

She’d…betrayed them. In hindsight, it made sense. She’d been tricked twice, and…well…it was perfectly reasonable that she’d want revenge– that she’d use these means to secure it. If Lapis hadn’t been so perceptive– if Navy hadn’t been just unobservant enough, Lapis wouldn’t have been able to whip that water bubble around her and pull Steven and Peridot out of the doorway. A very close call. It didn’t help that Lapis was acting smug, having known there was something wrong about the other gem. It wasn’t just her disillusionment, her intuition had spoken– and left him clueless. Steven sighed, can’t he be friends with any gem without them trying to kill him? Peridot had landed the ship on shore, just in front of Garnet. She appeared to be holding a pair of balloons.

         “Let me go! I need to get save my team!” She screamed out angrily as she had been grabbed and squirmed tried to get away from the bubble without any real work being done in getting her free.

She knew it wasn’t going to work, but as soon as she was free she’d  try and get the ship again.

      Like for a simple starter? I’ll be a tiny bit picky...!

She rose a brow at the fleeing gem, no point on catching up since Lapis had merely asked something. Why bother starting a chase when only a question got asked?.

 ‘’Okay, whatever’’, muttering this to herself, blue eyes aimed at the distant, jogging off Ruby. Honestly, she was simply guarding the barn until Peridot would get back.

           She peeked around the corner nervously, oh darn it. Of course, she’d be guarding the barn. There were a lot of crystals nearby and all of them were by the Barn!

Whatever that was! She’d have to be clever, but if she got too close she didn’t know what that other gem would do, wrap her up in water AGAIN was one of them. She approached from the opposite side, being as quiet as she could.

            It seems I’m not getting a whole lot of interaction. Which is sad. If you’d like to interact with a Navy Ruby from Steven Universe.

‘’What are you doing here?!, wasn’t taking back that ship enough for you!’’, as her eyes came across the smaller gemstone, she mildly glared at the Ruby, or so called Navy, due to Steven coming up with such an identity for this red space rock.

       Oh, shoot she was spotted! She needed to get another energy crystal so they could make it to Homeworld. But the large pretty blue gem was watching and spotted her. She quickly gasped and began to run as fast as her little legs could carry her, panic starting up.

“Go away!” She called out hoping to deter her from following.

       Oh dear, someone new. She wasn’t good at names, but this person wasn’t someone tall and beautiful looking, good. She adjusted herself a bit, sure she was cute, but she wouldn’t get as flustered.

Innocent tactics usually worked in this case. Adjusting herself she gave a small smile, and a little wave, giving a small hum as she put her hands together.

“Hiiii~” She cooed out.
