How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you)
Hello! I’ve been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I’ve noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter. You’ll want to read everything—it’s important.
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it’s because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn’t shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn’t work!
That’s when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness. Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn’t shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn’t work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I’m sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
There’s something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option. There’s nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how I used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn’t work because that’s how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that’s what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn’t letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn’t let myself shift. Of course, it wasn’t the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing enough times before it switches you to your DR?
No. It’s you.
So, you have two choices:
Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I’m going to explain why it’s not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you’ve had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren’t born thinking you need methods to shift—it’s something that developed over time. Which means it’s not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There’s NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you’re aware of. That’s literally it. Anything outside of that can’t stop you.
Yes, we’ve all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you’re not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don’t go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin’). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :("? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
I’m pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
I’m a master shifter. I don’t need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I’m in the 4D and pure consciousness.
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I’m going to shift, and I'm going to use X method. Because that’s not how you think or act when you’re a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift?—do you really, truly believe it’s the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting. But shifting isn’t logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it’s literally just magic to me—but that’s how it works.
So, you need to understand: You make it happen. That’s a good thing, right? It means you don’t need methods, and you don’t need to keep searching for “the key.”
Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)

For baby shifters, "permashifting" just means that I'm going to shift to another reality and never come back to this one. To do this, I can use any method for shifting or manifesting it too. I’m not going to do anything stupid!
NO, you definitely shouldn’t do what you think you need to do to permashift!!!!!
Reason to shift :
you're not "fantasising" about your "dr" you're thinking about your life. you're already there. it's all already yours.
shifting is self discovery.
excuse the yap but i think it’s very important that people realize how fundamental you are in your shifting journey and that you are literally the only thing you need to shift.
you do NOT need:
a method
subliminals
(guided) meditation
to look for advice hour after hour online
symptoms
the void state
lucid dreaming
to visualize
to use your 5 senses
a script
you DO need:
yourself
you can say fuck you to the universe, doubt as much as you want, and still shift. i say that because i’ve done it before even with doubts! so you can too!
fuck shiftok, fuck shiftblr and fuck everything except my own journey. NO ONE is going to tell me what works and what doesnt. LETS ALL REMEMBER THIS.
Dicas de shifting
— lembrando que não são regras, e sim dicas que podem te ajudar! Sinta-se livre de usá-las ou não, sinta-se livre de muda-las para um jeito que você se sinta mais confortável, etc.
1. Quando você quer ir para essa realidade (ou seja, continuar/acordar amanhã "sem shiftar") afirme que você está indo para essa realidade. Afirme coisas que você já tem certeza que vão acontecer, etc.
¹ Exemplo, amanhã você quer estar na sua CR (realidade atual) porque vai ter um passeio, então afirme "amanhã vou acordar nessa realidade/em uma realidade igual a essa e eu vou ir para um passeio".
¹ isso faz seu subconsciente entender que tudo o que você manifesta realmente acontece, e não é simplesmente "eu vou tentar", e sim "eu sei que vai acontecer"!
2. Se você queria ir para sua DR e acha que não conseguiu, faça o seu subconsciente entender que você foi! Imagine o cheiro, o que você fez, escreva um diário, quantos dias mais ou menos você ficou, etc. Mas saiba e faça o seu subconsciente entender que isso são LEMBRANÇAS suas e que é TOTALMENTE possível você voltar para lá!
3. Treine para ter total consciência do que você está fazendo em sua DR, quantas vezes você já não foi para a sua DR, mas não lembra ou não conseguiu controlar tão bem? Então treine para que você consiga lembrar de tudo! Você pode fazer isso usando a técnica do 2, você pode fazer isso ouvindo subliminal ou fazendo seu próprio subliminal, você pode fazer isso meditando, etc.
4. Use coisas negativas ao seu favor. Ou seja, você tem crenças limitantes? Use isso ao seu favor. Sua casa tem muito barulho? Use isso ao seu favor. Você se distrai fácil? Use isso ao seu favor. Isso pode ser em métodos, meditações, afirmando logo depois que isso ocorre, revertendo essa situação em algo positivo (exemplo, se X coisa ruim eu pensar/acontecer, eu estarei cada vez mais conectado com a minha DR), etc.
5. Acredite no que você acredita. Você acredita que sua consciência já está na sua realidade desejada? Perfeito! Você acredita que precisa chegar na sua realidade desejada de alguma forma? Tudo certo também! Mas não deixe o que você acredita impedir você ou achar que você está longe de sua realidade desejada. Você não precisa parar de acreditar no que você acredita para conseguir ir para a sua DR.
6. Não trate você na sua realidade desejada como se fosse outra pessoa. Você na sua realidade desejada é VOCÊ, você existe lá. E se conectar com a sua realidade é extremamente positivo.
7. Crie seus próprios métodos. Não se limite a métodos existentes, crie seu próprio método. Você se distrai fácil? Crie um método baseado nisso. Você gosta de meditação? Crie um método baseado nisso. Você gosta de bilocação (estar em dois lugares ao mesmo tempo? Crie um método baseado nisso.
"você só vai conseguir shiftar se acabar com suas crenças limitantes"
NÃO, você não precisa, você pode ir para sua realidade de qualquer maneira. Tem crenças limitantes? Okay, é bom tentar remove-las? É claro, mas isso não impede você de ir na sua realidade desejada. Não importa se você tem nenhuma ou mil crenças limitantes, você CONSEGUE ir para sua realidade desejada de qualquer maneira.
How to create a new assumption
You don't "create" it, you simply are it. There is one I AM, and in that I AM you can be anything you wish to in consciousness. You do not "make" it with your mind, you accept it as true by understanding the difference between the mind and reality. As soon as you accept it you are it. There is no "I want to believe" or "I am trying to accept" or "I must believe in" . No. You are the I AM, that is it. Anything in your consciousness that you accept as true is already a reality.
for example; You are in a mental conversation with your SP in your mind, you simply allow yourself to "be" in that imagined state. For example, the state of being in conversation with your SP, do not question it, do not try to figure out how it would happen, do not focus on not having the SP yet, if you want it, you deserve to experience it in the 3D in your imagination:) I would recommend making a list of "states" you would consider the wish fullfilled.
For example if you wanted to manifest your sp saying "I love you", then you would do a list of "states" of experiencing a lovey dovey conversation that you would enjoy. Or imagining them saying I love you. Do not worry about the 3D, this is to train your mind to be the I AM. As long as you do not question your state of imagination, it HAS to be materialised.
my fame reality // albums
this isn't really an introduction for my fame reality or showing you guys my albums (yet). However I really wanna talk about the behind of them and get peoples opinions on them.
I couldn't really choose exactly what songs I wanted on my albums in my fame reality, or be able to keep then under 16-15 tracks so this is how I did it first.
All my albums have part one and part two. They are released over the weekend (and some of them have a bonus collection that release a month later).
My Debut Album for example, called Bewitched Meadows. It came out August 20th 2005. Then Part Two which is mostly known as The Mythical Forest (full title: Bewitched Meadows: The Mythical Forest) then dropped the next day on August 21st 2005. They both have 15 tracks each and then a month later I dropped The Bewitched Bonus Collection, that has 6 tracks (released: September 17th 2005)
STOP TREATING YOUR DR LIKE A FICTIONAL PLACE. Think in the PRESENT TENSE. (shifting tips #1)
I know this sounds like a basic tip everyone says, but "living in the wish fulfilled" is something that you need to do if you want to shift way easier. (of course, you can shift without this but why not make things easier?
"act as if"
When shifting, you aren't willing to become your "DR self", you are said DR self. Act as if you're already there, think in first person as if you're in your DR already.
If thoughts about your CR occur, that's okay. Try to let them pass, turn the thoughts into 3rd person. You aren't in your CR anymore, think of it as another place now.
"the present tense"
I AM.
Still basic, yet I see a lot of people get that wrong. Speak as you're already there.
"I will shift" = "I have shifted."
"I am a master shifter" = "I am in my DR."
Stop trying to manifest the power to shift, you already have that. You don't need to affirm 'I am a master shifter', this is manifesting the wrong thing. You should focus on getting to your DR, not gaining the ability to.
"Think of your DR as a REAL PLACE."
You ARE your DR self. Your DR is REAL. Stop thinking about it as a fictional place, it's a REAL one and treat it like that.
Instead of saying "my DR self", say you. Your 'DR self' is just another term for you, your DR is just another reality you live in. Stop treating them as something unachievable.
Remember, you don't need anything to shift. You can do it at any time no matter what. Stop limiting yourself. 111 222 333

i saw a girl make a tiktok about this and i thought it was a really interesting idea so i wanted to share it with you!
i think we can all agree that one of the biggest ideas on shiftblr is that all you need is intention
but i also think a lot of people can agree with me when i say: “if intention is all you need, why do i keep waking up in my cr?”
ill relate it to lucid dreaming.
most people who want to lucid dream use reality checks as a method to do so
you reality check throughout the day so your subconscious remembers while youre dreaming
maybe it doesnt work the first night you go to sleep, but you keep reality checking as part of your routine until your subconscious remembers too.
another girl related it to birth control
she used to have an alarm set everyday for 1pm to take the pill
eventually, she didnt need the alarm anymore, because her subconscious remembered that around that time of day, she needed to take her birth control pill
its the exact same way with shifting
you set intention to shift before you go to sleep, and you wake up in your cr again
“but i set intention! why am i still here?”
you begin to doubt yourself, in your abilities to shift, that maybe intention doesn’t actually work.
but it does.
sometimes it just takes a little longer for your subconscious to remember the intention you set, for the intention to stick.
many people’s shifting success stories happen when they go to sleep like any other night
they don’t intentionally do a method or set the intention of shifting, but they wake up in their dr.
how does that work?
after going to sleep and setting your intention night after night after night, your subconscious starts to do it on its own.
like reality checking during dreams, or setting an alarm to take a pill
your subconscious doesn’t have eyes, it is something that has to be trained, all it knows is what you tell it.
not everything can be mastered on the first try, you just have to keep trying.
moral of the story is:
intention is real. and its important. dont give up on yourself. keep setting intention. keep going to sleep knowing you will wake up in your dr.
one day you will.
i hope this helped or resonated with some of you, because when i heard about this idea, it gave me a lot of hope that im not doing anything wrong, my subconscious is just taking a little while to catch up.

Quando falamos sobre o momento em que mudamos nossa percepção para outra realidade, sempre vem na mente os diversos métodos, as regras que ditam se podemos ou não nos mexer durante os métodos, a preocupação de não pensar no amanhã da realidade atual, entre outros. Mas isso não é importante.
O shifting não tem regras. O shifting não é limitado!!!
"Se eu não fizer isso e tal jeito eu não vou conseguir ir", "Mas se eu ficar pensando no amanhã eu não vou para minha realidade desejada". Você percebe como essas frases te limitam e limitam as suas ideias sobre o shifting?
NADA, absolutamente NADA te impede de shiftar. Você só está criando mais regras e crenças que te fazem ficar preocupado na hora de ir para a sua realidade desejada e no fim das contas só te atrapalham e limitam sua mente!
Você não precisa de nada disso pra shiftar: nós estamos mudando de realidade a todo segundo, e nessas mudanças você fica preocupado se pode se mexer, se precisa fazer métodos?? NÃO!!!
MUDAR DE REALIDADE É NATURAL! Não existe forma certa para shiftar.
