“Hm...”  Tillie squinted at the file in her hand.

She’d recently been transferred to the frigid base due to confidential business. It was frustrating, not knowing when, how or why the higher-ups were going to shunt her around from place to place. But she didn’t complain. She had a job to do.

“Russell, is it? It is a pleasure to meet you.” She spoke with a noticeable German accent, gaze flicking up from the document she held and meeting the Scout’s eyes.

 “My name is Doctor Wolf. But you can call me Tillie. I am ze transfer Medic - Do you need any medical attention currently?”

"If you insist."

She cleared her throat. “Ja, my name is Matilda. I found zhis job whilst looking for a… Friend of mine. It’s nice to meet you… May I call you Rosa?”

"It is a pleasure. I do not mind if you do." She grunted, struggling to stand. She was still bruised, but her main concern wasn’t for herself. She took a deep breath. "Do you..do you happen to know anyzhing about gynecology…?"

Tillie was quick to steady Rosa, allowing the injured one to lean on her.

"Jawohl, vhy do you ask?"

She softened at the use of the word 'Schatz'. Hans... She withdrew, her rage reverting to timidness.

"Ich...ich kann damit umgehen... Mach dir keine Sorgen..." She looked up at her. "My name is Rosalinde, danke vor you assistance. A-are you new?"

She cleared her throat. "Ja, my name is Matilda. I found zhis job whilst looking for a... Friend of mine. It's nice to meet you... May I call you Rosa?"

"Danke…!" She felt so much better, her wounds healing rapidly. "Danke..!" She continued to hold onto the medic, still shaking from the experience. "Sie hat mich gerettet, danke..!"

She looked at the knife the spy had left behind, gripping it tightly with rage. “Er wird dafür bezahlen… Er wird für die Verwendung von mir und so zu tun, er liebte mich zu bezahlen…”

"Wer ist er? Ich will ihn töten. Wie kann er es wagen Sie während Waffenstillstand zu schaden." Her eyes are cold with a similar rage, jaw clenched. 

Looking at Rosa, her expression softened.

"...I am just glad I found you, Schatz."

"Bitte…" She had been crying a lot, most of her tears mixed with her blood to form a sadistic mascara. "It..it hurts…!" She grabbed onto Matilda’s coat, desperate for medical assistance. "B-bitte..!"

"Es ist in Ordnung, hush. I've got you." 

She dug through her pocket, retrieving a syringe and using her free hand to roll up one of Rosa's sleeves then to remove the safety cap from the end of the needle.

 "Dies wird helfen, hold still..." With that, she plunged the needle into the fellow medic's arm, injecting it's contents (which so happened to be a miracle healing substance.)

"Besser..?"

"M…Medic…! Medic…! Bitte…!" Rosalinde was lying on the floor, she was covered in bruises and blood, mostly from the knife sticking out of her chest. Her regeneration wasn’t enough at this point. She needed help. "M-Medic…!!"

Matilda stepped out into the (hall? room?), gasping when she saw Rosa's crumpled form.

"Mein gott! Vhat on earth happened?!" 

She kneeled down next to the injured Medic, checking over her wounds - She'd never met this woman before but hey, they wore the same colour uniforms.
