Not very, thanks to my ex school schedule

The Sound of Silence

I was watching Old School today and I thought this depressing classic by S+G would have been the perfect song to play whilst shaving. But I went with the usual Disney music instead. I did hit shuffle on the iPod, but it just worked. I think this was the order:

“Belle”- Beauty and the Beast. Not even ashamed to have this song. I wish I had 20 people in my house singing it with me because I find it hard to sing every damn part!

“I Just Can’t Wait To Be King”- Not even going to say the title of the movie.

This is where things got a little weird, because this song freaks me out TO THIS DAY. It was “Heffalumps And Woozles”- Winnie the Pooh. If that song doesn’t freak you out, I don’t know what will.

Anyways, I thought it would be good to share the fact that I listen to Disney music whenever I shave/shower (and when I am home alone).

Back to my original point though: The Simon and Garfunkel song would have been way better, because when I shave after a month I tend to look like I child (and that makes me sad). I honestly thought I looked close to what I was like at grade 9 grad.

Regardless, I’d like to thank those of you who have supported Noshember over the last two Novembers. It has always meant a lot to me, and it meant even more this year. That being said, I am already signed up for the MS Bike Ride (Leduc to Camrose). It takes place in mid-June and I am going to start sending a lot of annoying emails to my family to beg for sponsorship. Our team name is subject to change, but for now we will go with Coastbusters. The Fuzz

Guess who's back, back again, fuzz is back, tell a friend. Yep, I am doing another no shave November for MS. Only this year, I am part of a small team (3 so far). The other two guys involved have a team on the Movember site as well.

As specified above, I am purely in the no shave category because I cannot grow a mo, okay bro? I'll probably just have a substantial amount of peach fuzz on my neck like last year.

Same rules apply: If you make a donation you get to submit a recommendation for an embarassing picture or video (that I will perform).

I'm Still Alive

I apologize to the friends and family that I have convinced to follow this blog...it looks like I haven't exactly done anything on here in a week. I have received 3 ideas for different videos and pictures to post, and I have finished one of the videos.

The first embarrassingly awkward video I made is going to be titled "Shake N Bake", I finished the video last Tuesday, and I have been having a heck of a time uploading it to Tumblr. If it doesn't work tomorrow night I will most likely import the video to my computer and then update this blog from there. I think my phone is the problem.

The second video will be titled "Peanut Butter", I haven't started production just yet. I'm still waiting to see if I can get the Hunger Games director on board (I had discussions with Tim Burton, but I thought he was too dark). If not, I might just do pictures instead :p

The third suggestion will most likely involve a set of pictures. This project is still untitled, but one can assume that it will be fruity. Fabulous.

Anyways! Just 5 days left! While I don't exactly love the facial hair, I don't exactly itch like crazy anymore :) I bumped my goal up to $350, so I am another $50 off. Hope I get there.

It doesn't have to be completely outrageous. Maybe you want me to sing you a song or read something embarrassing. Heck, I really don't care. Just be creative about it. I can do a fish face any time guys, so let's not ask for that.

THANK YOU + Are We There Yet?

It is currently 1:11 in the morning and I have no idea why I'm still up. I guess I figure there's no way my writing could get any worse :p

Some of you I know, some of you are gingers, and there are also a few of you whom I have yet to meet. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone that has donated to the cause. It really means a lot to me. Because of your generosity I have reached my goal at the halfway mark. I've never been good and saying thank you and I don't know why. At least, I'm not very good at writing heartfelt notes like that. Just know that I am very grateful.

It's only 5 days in and I've already come to the conclusion that I will probably end up looking like Jonah Hill at some point. Over the next week I will turn into his identical twin, except I don't have the same amount of "gerth" as him, and I'm not funny, or as rich, and cuddly. AHHH never mind.
