Nour Day Support will be having a donation drive on August 26th from 9-3 at our facility to support the homeless in our community.

Our Goals

Nour Day Support LLC will focus on enriching the lives of our participants, building upon the skills, knowledge, and unique abilities and strengths. Nour DAy Support LLC offers a low cost, organized day program of therapeutic health, social and recreational activities for maturing adults. Our goal is to assist in restoring or maintaining, to the fullest extent, the individual’s capacity for self care while under the direct supervision of our trained staff. It is our goal to provide a fun, safe and comfortable environment where adults can have their social, mental, emotional, physical and recreational needs met. It is our desire that our program participants come to feel that Nour Day Support, LLC is the “right” place for them and each day they look forward to being a part of a community where they are loved and appreciated and still offer themselves as a resource to others. Our staff will treat participants with the respect that every adult deserves.

Program Description

Nour Day Support LLC is an Adult Day Center for individuals who are elderly and have disabilities. We offer a daytime program dedicated to providing care to individuals ages 18 or older, who by reason of mental and/or physical require care and supervision. We are seeking to serve 30 ambulatory clients and 5 wheel chair clients at this time. Nour Day Support will provide primary care givers daily relief and peace of mind while their loved on is in our care. Individuals will receive proper care in a safe, friendly environment. Nour Day Support’s purpose is to provide recipients with fundamental activities they enjoy. Nour Day Support will be the start of a chain of daily care for adults and Elderly individuals. We offer an ideal alternative to caregivers by providing a day time care environment outside of the home. An environment that is nurturing, provides stimulation and medical care relief.

Nour Day Support serves clients who desire to remain mentally sharp and for dementia clients to slow the progression of the disease. Early to mid-stage dementia will greatly benefit from the cognitive stimulation and social interaction; Adults with physical, social, and emotional needs whose well being is threatened by the effects of social isolation and/or lack of attention to their various needs. Adults cared for by their families or friends whose participation in Adult Day Services may relieve families in 24-hour responsibility, thus providing respite for caregivers; Persons who reside in our local communities whose disabilities and level of functioning are such that, without intervention, institutional placement wouild likely occur. Individuals who are chronically ill or disabled and who can benefit from supportive services to maintain independence; Hospital and nursing home residents who are able to join the community with day supervision and assistance; Residents in Assisted Living who enjoy additional social and recreational activities.
