It's been a while since I posted, I haven't really drawn in a bit, but I suddenly got inspiration and started drawing over the past few days (I also have another drawing I'm working on that I might post), but I hope you enjoy 😁
A lazy, but still good looking, drawing I made for a Discord server for some of my friends and me, just for funsies
A friend and my oc, I gave them purple flamed wings 😁
Four of the seven done (I started work on Kinger, but I wanted to show what I've finished first)
I also changed up how their names are showcased, the way I've detailed them makes them look like stained glass window designs, I also love adding aspects of their designs to their names, especially Zooble and Gangle's names
The ribbon touch to match Gangle and different shaped letters to match Zooble, I had fun doing that and love how they turned out, but I hope you all enjoy

I started working on the coloring for the redesigns of the TADC characters I drew a bit back, and this is what I got so far:
Jax is finished, I might've added frog patches in memory of Ribbit, but the two on the legs of the pants is designed after Kaufmo and Ribbit (which I feel like Ribbit would be the one to choose to put the cool frog patch on Jax's overalls)
But I'm slowly working on getting the colors and everything down for the group, but this is all the progress I've made so far 😁
As a little funsies, one night I had stayed up pretty late into the morning doing designs of Pomni, and somehow had ended up redesigning her, so I decided: "Why not do the same to the others?!"
So I did...
Jax, Ragatha, Zooble, Gangle, and Kinger were done first, and they're the only ones that fit all on one page
Then came Caine, and I did Pomni again, but definitely put more attention to this version this time
Here's even the original sketch of the Pomni redesign, and the first idea for Jax

If you've seen my post in the updated style of the main four pony types, I want your alls personal opinion, should I revisit my redesigns of the main six and try them in this style?

With the newly updated styling of the four pony types I revisited my redesign of Twilight and tweaked her a little with the new style, so here she is
I rly loved adding all the gold accents to her, and I feel like she definitely would be the type when she's a unicorn would have a nicely curved horn because we've all seen how powerful she was in the show, even before she became an alicorn
But also in my lore, I could def see her being taller than her friends, but shorter than Celestia and Luna (b/c they're centuries older than our main six), Cadence would be a tiny bit taller than Twi, she's not that old, but I feel like any pony turned into an alicorn would be shorter than other Alicorns, no matter how many centuries they are, if a pony is born an alicorn, they'd be the tallest pony in all of Equestria

I had random inspo today, I wanted to randomly update my style for the four MLP pony types we mainly see throughout the show
I designed them and then created a tab to line them up next to one another to showcase more of the size
I also added lore bits to make some things seem more... Consistent... So here it is, enjoy it 😅
I even got to designing Twilight in this style (with the coloring from the re-design I posted a whole back)
After being a fan of 'The Amazing Digital Circus' for a while (since it started), I finally got around to wanting to draw something for it, even with all the fanart popping up all over my Tumblr at this point, so here's the concept art for it
I've already started the coloring process, but this is my concept idea of what I want to do and go for with this drawing
Isn't it just great when you go to show your mom an animation you're testing to use for reference for comics and she says, "How about you draw that with a pencil and paper instead of AI?"
Digital drawing apps, such as Ibispaintx and Krita, aren't AI programs, she calls them that because apparently "the app is doing all the art for me" when I am taking the time to draw frame by frame myself, having never done animation at all before
And even when I walked away telling her that AI draws use prompts, she said "yeah right" in that sarcastic tone of hers

My mom wanted something made for her profile picture on her socials, so she came to me (even though I tried to encourage her to pay, commission and all, yk?), anyways, she came to me and I made this, I came up with the sketch, showed it, then the lineart, she started to like it, and then it went through a few iterations before landing on this, it constantly being updated with what she wanted and didn't want for it
So this is the final result, I hope you all like it, also, technically this counts as my experiment with shading and lighting on this, and I love how it turned out, I might keep that technique, anywho, I'm rambling, enjoy, and happy Thursday y'all
Nova ladies and gentlemen, after sooooo long, I finally got the character sheet of my OC Nova, her lore, information, chibis of her different outfits, even her wolf form (which she leaves her body to turn into, inspired off of the Irish werewolf folklore), I hope you all enjoy, I leave her to you all, Nova Niamh O'Eodach ladies and gentlemen
You know what hurts the most as an artist? Not only when you fear people calling your art AI or people criticizing your art or art style, but for me, it comes to my mother
Whenever I show my art to her because I'm proud of it and want her to be like, "Oh! That's cool, keep it up!" But no, I get her downgrading my art to say I'm not a real artist for what I draw, and that nobody would ever hire an artist that can only draw animals or half animal people, and it hurts when she's the one saying all of this
It feels like she can't grasp that artists all have different art styles and that mine is the way it is, and this all just pulled it up again when I showed her the drawing for my newest OC, all because she has pointed ears because she's a werewolf, which in many ways, movies, show, art, everything, there are designs with werewolves having pointed ears, along with extended claws or teeth, but that's why she got on me for it 😮💨

Been a while since I last touched this platform, but here you all go, art dump of the past few months of this year
The first six photos are redesigns of the mane six of My Little Pony, a lot might not have changed from their original designs on some of them, but I love them regardless
The seventh photo is a concept sketch for my new werewolf OC Nova, and her partner Panik, Nova is of Irish nationality while Panik is more Inuit
The eighth photo is my brand new pfp, it's a moth colored in the aroace flag, I absolutely loved drawing this thing
And the last two, the ninth and tenth photo, are my idea of what the next gen of MLP's mane six would be, Zesty Blitz is AppleDash's eldest child of three, her and her siblings are all surrogate kids, and Comet Show is the eldest daughter of Twilight, in my lore, Twilight married both Sunset Shimmer and Flash Sentry, but the marriage with Flash was more forced than the one with Sunset, but Comet's younger sister is Flash's kid, but acts as if she's also Sunset's other daughter
