I was co-piloting a lot more than normal today. Partially just a stressful day at work and Tess needed the assist, but also I'm just feeling a little more confident being vocal in headspace.

Also, in chatting with a friend of ours, I realized that I'm actually more aligned with the rest of the system than I originally thought on gender, especially re: the label "woman". I don't like it, as it turns out! I'm not as averse as Tess (or Zenith. Sparky doesn't care and Tau is an enigma.) but I still don't actively love it. I do still enjoy being the only she/her user in the system, though.

I think I originally overcorrected when I was feeling out my identity a year and a half or so ago. Also, it's partially fallout from absorbing Violet (who was never a fully formed consciousness, more a concept with a name attached) in my formation process.

We downloaded and set up the Plural Star app last night. Still getting used to it, but it'll be nice to have (largely as a reminder for Tess to check in with the rest of us before it spirals.)

It's pretty good so far. I think it would probably work better in a system with more explicit switching than ours, but it has "fronting", "cofronting" and "coconscious" levels.

We need to figure out how we like our notifications set. I'd like it to be frequent enough to make Tess check in on the rest of us while they're fronting, without being annoying.
