𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝 ⚜️ Art-Nouveau-inspired clock unicorn

The unicorn uses their horn to turn one’s best memories (falling in love, greatest achievements, happiest days) into golden clocks and watches. These are worth a fortune but are very delicate and feature detailed Art Nouveau-inspired ornaments. Once a memory takes the form of a clock, the person no longer has that memory. It's wiped and kept within the timepiece. They can sell the clock to gain a fortune, but they'll be stripped of their memories in the process. The happier the memory, the more expensive the clock. Each one takes a unique shape that references the specific events of the memory.

I think it just kinda spawns, but maybe it's a bit of both? I have this massive story and lore in my head that's constantly running in the background and sometimes it feels more like I'm watching a show of my own characters rather than deciding everything myself, which is honestly pretty neat haha

They all have their own personalities and story arcs that are still ongoing, and I'm able to visualize things so clearly in my mind which definitely helps!

a lot of it is inspired by music (and scenes I imagine while listening to songs), books, movies, and people I meet irl too!

auh I'm sorry it took me so long to answer, but if you still remember what you were asking about, these two are Hiver and Melo! Right now I only have their feral forms, but maybe they’ll get proper refs in the future hehe

they’re partners in crime, "the eyes" and "the ears" of someone they work for. They're tapped for the smaller tasks and the dirty work.

They mostly bonded over being bullies haha, they find mocking others (and each other) rather compelling.

Hiver - "the eyes", he is provocative and overly dramatic and acts like his whole life is a tragedy. He doesn’t want to be "saved", he just wants to suffer like he’s in a theater play. He was born into a high-status family and is spoiled, but he refuses to ever be satisfied with anything he has.

His voice is feminine but notably monotonous. He’d sell anyone's deepest secrets (even his family’s) for cheap wine and will fixate on petty things, like his hair not being done right. He gets the job done, but he’s troublesome to work with; as aforementioned, he won’t do something if he doesn't like it or if it isn’t "theatrical" enough. Likes to dress in drag (1920s style)

Melo - "the ears" and also known as "the jester". He’s outwardly lazy and unbothered, but he uses his humor to pick people apart and hit them where it hurts. He acts like he doesn't take the job seriously, but he’s actually pretty good at it. He plays the fool a lot, but underneath he’s the type who would betray anyone for his own gain. He keeps his eyes hidden behind his bangs, but weirdly enough, he never stumbles or trips more than a normal person.

OO. WHO'S THAT WHITE CREATURE OC YOU HAVE?. Do they have a name?. 👀👀

I know it’s been a while since you asked the question, and you probably don’t even remember who you were asking about haha but I’ll answer anyway :D

His name is Arles, and honestly he doesn’t play a very important role in my story. He’s a master knight, graceful, skilled, and very vocal about his achievements (egotistical, posh). But his ways are pretty old-fashioned, so he’s not actually very useful. He’s more like an accessory for powerful figures to show off during parades or ceremonies.

Since his previous master was murdered, he needed to find someone else, so he decided to go to Sylvain. The problem is that Sylvain already has some sort of “knight” or rather a “guard dog”, his military strategist Emil (who also happens to be a Dalmatian haha). Emil is short-tempered and gets jealous easily. He immediately saw Arles as a threat and was scared that he would supplant his position.

in reality, Sylvain knows exactly how useless Arles is. He knows Arles is basically just a decorative toy for small tasks and appearances. But after seeing how furious Emil gets and how absolutely amusing it looks, Sylvain decided to let Arles stay. He pretty often eggs on Arles’ and Emil’s rivalry to get a little show while he goes about his duties.
