Some advice from a senior principal engineer, who had been worked for 30 years:

1. Work can be fun if you do it right. Don't take yourself or work too seriously. Have fun and a laugh along the way.

2. Work hard, but remember to have other important things in your life.

3. Be kind and help each other. It is a lot more meaningful if you can share the ride with others.

4. Always be sincere with yourself and maintain your integrity. Without that, you having nothing.
